Best Wendy's experience ever. Hot out of the fryer, spicy chicken sandwich, and fries. Served up fresh in less than 5 min at 10:30 at night by a friendly employee. Doesn't get better than that.
When a customer interaction starts with is “this going to be a big order?” You know it’s going to be bad. Ordered (2) 4 piece kid chicken nuggets , 10 piece spicy chicken meal with (2) diet cokes got (1) kids meal, 4 piece spicy chicken nugget. Went in and they got 4 spicy chicken nuggets…. Wouldn’t have complained further but I wanted to get home on our way home from vacation.) Seems like the manager on duty (also the one who took our order) was confused and seemed to be burnt out beyond recognition. Never trust a redhead.
Food quality doesn't matter because the service was so incredibly slow.
I was genuinely amazed at how many people they had and just how slow they were going. While waiting for my food two different groups came in, looked at the group waiting for the food and left.
I hope the manager takes a serious look at themselves and figures out how to lead their team.
Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. Spent 30 dollars got the wrong order and was looked at like the two burgers that I got and two fries that I did get weren't even on my receipt at all. The manager was too busy on the phone in back to try helping the employees, the chick with blue hair was more preoccupied trying to sit in a car in the lot to help customers out, black guy was making food with NO gloves on. Spent so long waiting for food just to toss it all back at them to ask for a refund.
Absolutely 0 customer service skills. I get that we gkt there after a huge rush, but that doesn't mean I can be talked to like I'm trying to scam them for food, as I'm sitting reciept and bag in hand asking for what I paid for.
The customer service was awesome. Sylvia was the best, no doubt! We were eating and without even knowing we had the wrong amount of fries Sylvia came over with a fresh batch. she also got us a new batch of nuggets because she thought the ones we had were sub par.
After waiting 21 minutes for order,the lady says we don't have chili and infront of 5 customers says it's not her problem. Then I ordered a grill chicken and when I get in my truck it's fried! I drive by this location often and have many places to pick from,looks like we will be going elsewhere from now on.
Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for them to forget to check my mobile order in. Then when I received my order the nuggets were cold and my baconator fries had one tiny quarter sized piece of bacon on it. Like how hard is it to make food in a reasonable time?
Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to… these kids they have here are slow… 20 min waiting in DT and another 20 Min waiting for food… should of just gone to Culver’s across the street
