The staff are really friendly even in the late evening. I work afternoons sometimes and it’s one of my favorite places to grab dinner when I visit my family. Worker that took payment was awesome and cool. Hope you make it to London buddy!

Went there around 07:30 in the morning. The food was cold!! The worst part was we had to wait for our fresh potato wedges. My wife's breakfast burrito was luke warm at best and my breakfast sandwich was luke warm!!! TERRIBLE food!!
Visited today around 2 pm. Pleasant employees & correct order & $5 biggie bag = great experience. Visit this Wendy's 2-3 times a month - but today, the food was exceptional. Crispy tender fries, crispy juicy nuggets & well-made Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with fresh condiments & plenty of mayo - just the way I like it.
Spent 15 minutes in line behind one car which can happen I suppose but after all that wait with a hungry kid in the car, it would have been nice if the order was actually correct.
Please do not stop at this place. There was long brownish color hair in the bag with my food, at 70 years young mine is very short and gray. If you want to find surprises in your food then this is the place to eat, never know what you might find in your bag. Plus the potatoes were warm like they had been sitting there for awhile. Was not going to risk eating food that the employees would serve with extra hair. I say this because when I brought the bag back put it on the counter and the employee looked in the bag she commented on the hair. So she saw it in the bag but not when she picked it up previously to put it in the bag (it wasn't the same color or length for her). This establishment hasn't made any comments about this post, obviously they don't care about what is said about their place of business . Neither has the corporate office.
Just had to leave a review because I was genuinely shocked by how great my experience was! Very clean, fast service, solid breakfast, and friendly staff! I was going to go to Starbucks to work on my laptop while I had my car’s oil changed, but this Wendy’s was way more peaceful and pleasant to work at. The staff here is doing a really great job!
Not only did it take forever, but our order was rang incorrectly, we were charged 2 different amounts and they failed to provide napkins and a fork for my salad, but were sure to include the outdated pack of almonds!
