Had a good experience here. We accidentally spilled a large drink. ????????♀️ They were very kind about it and got the mess taken care of quickly and provided a new cup. I wish they had their fireplace on. ☺️
Good food for fast food. Clean atmosphere and quiet. The woman whom took my order inside got it all down but, the woman making my order got it wrong like way wrong and it wasn't anything special (replace crispy chicken for spicy chicken) and put a beef patty on instead. Ordered Coke, and I should've been the one to get my drink since I ordered inside, and they have machines for inside paying and/or eating customers to grab our own drinks. But nope... oddly made mine and a diet coke rather than the coke I would've grabbed or should've been the one to grab. Then tomatoes were placed on when I asked for it to be removed. Lastly, I prepped my order as dine in when I was asked, then confirmed once more by the staff member placed my order, and I said, "to go please." I unfortunately chalk it up to either being lazy and/or not paying attention (fully).
Ordered one of the most expensive burgers, got the wrong burger that cost way less than what I ordered, so I lost a bit of money. As I took my order, they ignored my thank you's and hello's. They never told me my total or gave me a receipt. I have worked in customer service and I know there are bad days but there needs to be a change in staff to be more efficient and friendly.
Ordered an Asiago chick club, got chicken and mayo with bread and a slice of lettuce. No cheese, no bacon, no ranch. I used to love Wendy’s but it’s absolutely gone down hill. For almost $12 I expected a little more.
Unfortunately Wasn’t the best customer service experience. As a person who runs a business and also works in the fast food industry I can understand having a bad day but when you have two very nice people coming through the drive through with the simplest order the least you can do is say hi and bye. But we didn’t even get that all we got were Huffs and puffs and the deadest side eye in the history of sides eyes… Also one of the easiest and most important things is letting the customer know the total before taking their card she didn’t do that.
The front staff was super rude to me. I brought my two kids, ages 3 and 6. The cashier kept telling me to stop my kids from walking around and exploring the restaurant. They weren't making messes or disturbing any customers. They were just being kids, not hiring anything. Then they were impatient with me when I ordered my food and took a moment to think. The food was fine. Just a really unpleasant experience for my family.
I typically don’t complain or like to leave reviews, but my visit today merits it. I walked in and waited until someone came over to the register. When Stephanie, the person who took my order, finally came by, rather than being called over or at least greeted, she simply signals me to come over with her hand. During the ordering process, she seemed to be confused about what kind of spicy chicken sandwich I wanted and was offering me other chicken sandwiches. After clarifying about what sandwich I wanted, she gave me a bad look and had an awful attitude through the rest of ordering process. After finishing ordering, she forgot to give me a small drink that I had asked for and had to go back to the register. Rather than owning up to her simply forgetting, she was trying to charge me for another drink. When I told her that I had ordered one, she had to look at both the screen and my receipt just to make sure I had asked for one. Considering that I am a POC, I found it off putting that she had to verify two times to ensure that I wasn’t lying. Once my order was finally ready, rather than being talked to or called over, she waited for me to look over her direction and waved me over once my order was ready. I grabbed my order and went somewhere nearby to check my order. During this time, I noticed that the person after me was a white individual. I noticed that she was far more friendly and attentive to this person. I’m not sure if I walked in at the wrong time, but being treated differently left me feeling so uncomfortable. I will be thinking twice before heading back here again.
Very rude customer service to be honest my daughter and I went to get dinner here on our way home and the lady taking our order was very irritated for some reason and then when we pulled off and checked to make sure everything was there a sandwich was missing so my daughter went to let them know the lady told her she was lieing and that she put the sandwich is the bag but my daughter informed her that we got the drink and fries just not the sandwich she got mad and made the sandwich and threw it at her when it was done. Then stated next time check your bag while your at the window still. when I parked to wait for her another worker came to the door and was half in and half out of it and was vaping at the door were customers came in and out of my daughter was coming out when the lady seen her and she ran back in quickly honestly did not expect this at all I don't think we will be coming back to this one for dinner late at night.
