We went used the drive-through late on a Friday night. The staff was quick to take our order and payment as well. All items we ordered were correct and there were none missing. The food did not taste of the usual Wendy's standard (nuggets were dry and incredibly small). Not a great or terrible experience, overall.
I currently work here, and we workers are trying our best. I'm sad to see so many negative reviews, but we are actively working on everything they've mentioned.

I had gotten a 5 dollar biggie bag with a double stacker with hunny mustard on the side. My mom got a 5 dollar biggie bag with a junior bacon. Burger bun was hard, cheese wasn’t even melted and the burgers were cold. My mom was missing her nuggets and I didn’t get my hunny mustard. And the fry’s were cold an mushy. The servers were nice but the food just wasn’t it. Very disappointing.
The lunch and dinner crew at this location are fantastic. Fast, efficient, and problems with my order are rare, if ever. This was not the case years ago. Easily my favorite fast food place in town. Special shout out to people working the drive-thru
Most friendly, helpful, welcoming fast food service worker I’ve ever interacted with. Took my 2 kids in for a quick dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Jadon (spelling?) deserves recognition for a job well done.
VERY disappointed in this Wendys. It used to be my favorite. This was the worst lunch I have had in a very long time...anywhere! Even though the sign still says double stack is a choice of the 4 for $4, I was informed its not available. I could get it in the $5 bag though. The burger was overcooked, very dry, & barely warm. They failed to put mayo on that I requested. Also forgot to give requested ketchup packets. The nuggets were barely warm also. I asked for my receipt so I could see what balance on gift card was, she said no receipts! Maybe they are shutting down operation... sad to say they would not be missed with this kind of service. Being all drive thru now makes it impossible to get mistakes corrected!
i was the only one of two people in drive thru. asked for a large combo and ketchup on the side. they did not tell me my total.
paid but no reciept given. charged me for a large fry but they gave me a small. no ketchup. person at food window rushed me away and shut the window immediately. way overcharged me for the food i recieved.
this place needs to be checked out. they are probably ringing the orders wrong and pocketing the money. you got my money, but now you premanently lost me as a customer.
The lady in the drive thru took my order I could barely hear. She stated the total with no " please" no. Thank you at the end she handed my food and said " here you go" not friendly. ???? I got the deal with a value chicken sandwich, 4 PC nugget and fries and drink
