The potholes in and around the property will definitely determine if you visit this place again. Spend money in car damage and burger, or just don't go ???? the food, especially the fries are lukewarm and the sweet tea tastes just like the grease they use for in the fryers. Asking for light ice gets ignored.
This is the best Wendy’s I’ve been to. I ordered from my phone while in the parking lot because I had a mobile reward and by the time I walked into the store they called my name. I was completely shook. Everything I’ve ever ordered here came out quickly and hot. Highly recommend
I have the same problem with Wendy's as I do with just about every other fast food place except Chick-fil-A. The food tastes good but the pictures of the food in their ads is so overblown that when you look at the pathetic little sandwich or burrito and think of the huge, succulent food overflowing the buns and tortillas in the ad you just want go back up to the counter and ask where the hell is the rest of it?!?!
Much prefer Wendy's burgers over McDonald's. This location in Yorktown VA on Rt. 17 South is very clean, with good service and no screwup in food ordered
I am sincerely disappointed.
I had ordered a number 9 double patty with no cheese, large meal. I received a large fry container not even half way filled, with only stale soggy fries too. The sandwich had cheese. I understand it's very hard to read "no cheese," and apply that concept to the sandwich, truly a difficult process.
You can do better.
This place is a clown show at lunch time. I would've been in and out of the Wendy's in Denbigh five times in the amount of time it took to get one order through here.
If you close at midnight, you should close at midnight. Not 11:45. Drive thru associate told us to hold on and made us wait until 11:55 to tell us that they were closed. Terrible crew.
Extremely Disgusted with the unknown change to the maple chicken bacon croissant which has always been my sons favorite as well as mine. The meat is a over priced and processed chicken nugget. . It used to have a real all white chicken filet. you could see the grain of meat. What happened? I feel cheated out of money on top of being repulsed by the expected source of protein
