Wendy's. Where you pay full price but get half the food. This was after we waited 10 minutes in the drive through because they didn't have any chicken or beef ready (two hours before close). All of the employees were outside smoking when we pulled up. Maybe best to make sure you have food for customers before taking your smoke? Do better Wendys...
I waited in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes for them to give me 3 cold burgers where the cheese isnt even melted and the patties look and feel like they were sitting out for hours if not days, fries were stale and cold so were my chicken nuggets. I honestly hope this entire location closes down or get a whole new staff bc this is ridiculous.
Not only did they give me the wrong meal. They didn’t even give me the receipt. They definitely over charged me for the meal they provided and didn’t have the decency to pick up the phone when I called once I got home. The speaker in the drive thru is taped up with black tape that was the first red flag. I would like a refund but don’t have a receipt to actually compliant. Would never go there again. I don’t even think they cooked my kids burger looks horrible!
Ordered spicy chicken combo. Came with stale/salty fries, sandwich came with one slice of tomato, small lettuce and tiny bit of mayo. Dry and thin chicken ????
So I waited, though they had about a half dozen people. No one was available to take my order. I was ignored for a significant amount of time. I kept looking around for a kiosk to order from and didn't see any.
After several orders were put up for other customers, I was finally acknowledged and asked to wait longer. When I asked if it would be helpful to use the drive through they said yes.
So I got in my car, went to the drive through and was once again told I would have to wait! It was unbelievable. It was at this point I chose to find some place else to get something to eat.
Sadly with the number of people who were inside working, the wait did not make sense. They had two visible orders inside ahead of me. A very short line at the drive through. Say one car ordered and then it was my turn. In the meantime I was there for at least five minutes and perhaps as long as ten....
Not a good place to go if you are super hungry and or in a hurry!
The food at this location is never hot or fresh. They are frequently out of common items (sauces, utensils, potatoes, etc.) Employees are understaffed, they act like they don't want to be here, and do the bare minimum when interacting with customers. I haven't seen any improvement from this Wendy’s in over 8 years, and so I'm not expecting it to change now. I recommend avoiding this place, because you will not get the quality and service that you are meant to be paying for.
This place is an absolute mess. I went on a Friday night because it was the only place I saw not very busy. I should’ve taken that as a sign. So I ordered and pulled up to the window and the red hair girl was making my drink while wiping snot from her nose, then proceeded to use that snot hand to put the top on. Then they literally sent every drive thru order to the parking lot so they can bring the food out in 20 degree weather to everyone. Of course I got someone’s else’s order and had to walk in and the guy is like opening everyone’s food right outside to see what it is and swapping burgers from bag to bag. It was so gross and way overpriced for this absolute mess of a Wendy’s. I been hitting this Wendy’s for over 20 years and it’s never been this bad. I hope corporate sells it off to someone competent soon.
This Wendy's takes the cake for worst experience. It's dark and gloomy, the kids are all on their phones. Seems like I bothered them. Simply asked for ketchup, nope. Got a drink too, no straw. Everything thrown in the bag, where it all fell out together. I'm si sorry for bothering yall.
