Whoever was working last night in 12.20.24 at 11pm needs to be fire. Chicken nuggets are probably the easiest thing to make. Never the less they served cold chicken nuggets that you can tell have been sitting there. There was only 3 nuggets in 2 orders that were made fresh. If you are that lazy you deserve to be fired.
Drive through was long and I did have to wait for my order of saucy nuggets. Workers were all polite and fast though so must be a great location. Saucy nuggets was in a container with a good amount of sauce. Ended up getting some toast to dip with remaining sauce after nuggets.
Surprisingly the food was pretty good considering the store was filthy and the staff indifferent. The nice lady taking orders was also working the fry station and handling/bagging food with her bare hands after handling filthy cash. Glad Dave Thomas isn't here to see this mess.
They advertise they have peppermint frosty on billboard sign out front but ordered and got vanilla. They charge for sour cream with the purchase of chili first I’ve seen if that at Wendy’s . Food was great! Drink was great. Staff was great.
I LOVE this Wendy's! Maybe I just go at the right times but everytime I've been here I leave so happy! Food is always fresh, service is always top notch. Like I said maybe I just go at the right time, maybe I just have a good attitude. Hands down though, this is the fast food place I go to if I'm on prospect!
Went to try the new Krabby Patty colab. After I took a bite, I noticed something smelled really, really bad. Turns out the meat was rotten. I had to spit it out, and since they have a no refund policy, I had to throw all the food away and leave. Worst experience in a fast food I've ever had.
Nothing like waiting at the drive thru for 5 minutes when it's 20 degrees out and you're the only one there to be told you'll be waited on in a couple of minutes. Not the first time that this has happened to me at this location. Absolutely pathetic and rude service always, along with incorrect unreturnable food. Buyer beware. Culver's and other good options are available on this same block.
Dontae took our order on a Sunday at lunch.. spot on perfect customer service. It was busy and he apologized about us having to wait. The only bad thing I can say is the manager needs a different career.. we sat at the farthest spot away from the counter and you could hear her screaming at her employees.. totally unacceptable.. I can't believe she even has employees that work with her .
