Absolute worst Chicken Sandwich that I’ve had in a long time. The chicken is a reheated smashed chicken patty that was over cooked and dry. The bread was dry and crumbled when attempting to bit the sandwich. The JR bacon cheeseburger was cold and the only thing that was cooked correctly was the bacon. That was a positive. I never thought that I would live long enough to see Wendy’s get this bad!
Went to apply for interview. Had the interview with a really nice older lady manager, waited 3 weeks to get onboard physically… everytime I called they were rude, didn’t answer the phone, had “borrowed” staff members from other team members and the manager even talked so much bad to me about the shift leader and stuff during the interview. If that doesn’t scream STAY AWAY TO applying here and customers.. then idk what will. The manager also get in the middle of my I9 process so I wasted 3 weeks when I have been trying to find a job the past 5 months. No one seems to know what the heck is going on. The kids upfront are slow 4 customer in line waiting to order and taking 20 minutes to get food is absurd. McDonald’s will always be better! Get better employees. This place should be shut down foreal.
I went and got a potato with chives only and asked for salt and pepper but had to go back through the drive through and get it. Started eating my food. Tasted absolutely horrible like it went bad.. it shouldn’t taste like fish! Also it was burnt and i did not get a receipt! How did they even pass their food handlers card exam?!
$3.60 for a horrible slimey potato. Gross ????

This wendys was probably one of the cleanest wendys I've ever been in
Service was really good too. The people working looked happy and had cheerful dispositions. We got the krabby patties. We loved it, bit felt tye effort was on the low end. No special wrapper, or logo or hint of spongebob anywhere,no souvenir etc. They gave a sheet with some stickers on it. But the krabby patty showed no trace of bikini bottom. It looked like a regular Wendy's burger but it identified as a krabby patty so we just played along and made the most of it and we had fun.
Waited for 18 minutes at the drive thru... didn’t get a receipt. I ordered a kids cheeseburger and a Southwest Avocado Chicken Sandwich. I was asked twice how I wanted the chicken. Once I finally paid I got the kids meal. I had to ask for my sandwich... waited another few minutes before getting handed the most poorly put together sandwich. The bun is falling apart and it looks like a bite was taken out of the bun. Not only is the avocado everywhere, but it’s ice cold... won’t be coming back.
Ordered large chile, was about 2/3 full. Unable to eat it as it apparently been wiped off with a cloth/rag with some kind of disinfectant on it. The “soapy/disinfectant” smell was overpowering. Won’t be stopping at this Wendy’s again!
Terrible store. I love wendys as a chain, but this store sucks more than I can even say. They are rude, have zero sense of urgency, food sucked tasted stale, and just overall a horrible experience. I will never be back, and I hope the new owner is able to figure it out, cause you have a whole dumpster fire on your hands.
