I go here just about every day for lunch. I order through the mobile app. I very seldomly have any issues, and if i do, they fix it. It's always fresh and made.Adjust the way I want.
Very little bacon or onion on my Bacon double cheeseburger (compared to my recent experience at the store in Crystal Lake-Cary). Only one ketchup dispenser working. Only one ice dispenser working. What’s so hard about keeping everything functioning? Having said all that, where else can you get a decent lunch for one person under $10.
I just experienced the worst customer service I ever have endeared at this Wendy's. Food was cold they got my order wrong I Ordered through the drive through. And I left ready-to-eat my food and I noticed it's all wrong. I go back to tell them. And they start making fun of me and being rude. I asked for my order to be redone. And they give me my order even colder than the last time with a bag completely full of condiments making jokes. And the worker tossed it into my car. I went back there and say you're playing With Me just refund me my money and the African American ( Receipt says his name was bobby) supervisor gets angry.
Without customers don't yall dont have business forget that
I know no one what’s to work Sunday, but employees decided to take the job, when we were ordering the guys was making face expressions it was really uncomfortable for us never coming to this place again. Coustumer’s service is everything I hope the owner get employees with nice attitude
Stopped by here for a quick bite as I haven't had Wendy's in a while. The staff here is GHETTO. 3 people stood at the register just doing nothing. Nobody was taking my order. They walked away and a girl walked up and just starred at me. I placed the order and she just walked away. I got my food and it tasted like it was sitting in the back all day. You can hear everyone in the back screaming and literally cursing out loud. These are the people always asking for the minimum wage hike but can't even provide simple customer service. Wendy's I know you can do better than this.
This place forgets receipts and food items constantly. I've had to go back and get the proper items that I paid for because they forgot them
I brought 3 bacon burgers. After ate them. My youngest got stomach, my other son and I got sore throat, I will never other this place again.
Very rude mean mugging employees, like if you hate your job don’t come to work. Also they mess up your order and don’t get the correct items you paid for. Customer service is extremely lacking here, it’s non existence. No idea who gave these people jobs.
