I placed and paid for my order on the app. When I arrived, I was informed they were out of baked potatoes. Was told they could not give me a refund for the potato but was offered large fries instead. I requested baconator fries, and the clerk seemed annoyed by this request. The baconator fries I received were only warm, and the cheese was partly melted. They were out of drink carriers, and they told the customer ahead of me that they were out of Dr. Pepper.
Tried to place order told Cash only. Had cash ordered double cheese with ketchup and pickles lady ask if I wanted cheese. I told her again double cheese and she started f this, f that then someone else got on mike and started defendingg her. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Oh we drove away not placing over $100 order....
I've been coming to Wendy's for 5 years now and I must say that this is one of the best Wendy's that I've been to in Charleston. What makes it even better about eating at Wendy's is the hardworking employees more specifically Jenna Angela Stephanie Lynn and Ms. Rose!! They truly make this place worth eating here all the time. Keep up the great work!!
After paying in the drive-thru I was told to pull over and wait for my burger. 25 min pasted and noone came out. When I went inside to ask for a refund it took another 10 min and they had the biggest attitude. The lady came back with my change in one hand and her phone in the other. Didn't even make eye contact. No reason was given for the delay. Will not be going to Wendy's again.
This place is a joke. Only drive-thru and mobile orders available. Rude employee at the counter barking at people that inside is for mobile pickup only. Put some damn signs up to notify customers this is the case, so they don’t stand around waiting to be barked at. Ridiculous! I like Wendy’s, but will be boycotting this location for a while. BTW, took 25 minutes to get my food after placing my mobile order in the dining room.
The order for Wendy’s was for delivery via Door Dash. I placed my order 40 minutes ago. The driver got there 25 minutes ago. He just cancelled and I don’t blame him. This Wendy’s is consistent in only one area - lack of concern for service.
Ordered our food in the drive thru. And the person taking our order did not listen to us at all. Gave us spicy nuggets when we ordered regular ones. Got our order wrong when we got a regular cheeseburger and a diet coke. They gave us a cheeseburger bacon deluxe and didn't give us the diet coke. Had to walk in and get the manager to make it... and they still added bacon ???? and they also gave me a unsweetened tea when I asked for a "sweet" tea. Quite disappointing, thought Wendy's was better than McDonald's. But seems otherwise.
This place is absolutely awful. The drive thru female representative on Nov 26th at 9:32pm is extremely unpleasant. We have a car of 5 people and she bluntly said that she has "no time for this." Absolutely unacceptable behavior. She needs a counceling, fired, or quit. Management needs to fix this!!!!!!! IMMEDIATELY or people will not come here.
Shawn, one of the drive thru representatives was very pleasant and you could tell that this toxic woman was taking over. He was trying to communicate with us and give us our food and she kept yelling at him. Even though she was being so rude to him and others, he was very nice and told us to have a good night and stayed professional.
