I always go to Wendy's because the service is fast, food is good, and you can feed a whole family with the 5 for 5. And when you live on a tight budget Wendy's is the best place to go.
90% of the workers are really nice and always thank me and wish me a good day.
I eat Wendy’s quite a bit but this was disgusting. Took forever to get my food and it was cold and tastes horrible. Got a sweet tea as usual anf this thing is cloudy and just doesn’t look right so not trying that. And to top it off. The employees were horse playing in the drive thru window and also playing with each other hair as I waited

They are always making these new frosty’s but never have vainilla
Felt very rushed. Couldn't really look at the menus. No kind of personality from employees just matter a fact. No smile. Very rushed through the total and getting order and food
I don't make reviews in fact this is my first and hopefully last, but how do I get over half my food already cold and not just cold but stale like it had been sitting out for hours? Then i'm waiting on a sandwich that was only supposed to take 5 minutes their words. Pull out front to wait for over half an hour tried to call twice no answer 3rd call I finally get an answer and I'm told they "forgot i was even still there"? Still? Y'all thought I just wasn't going to get what I paid for? On top of all this I get home just to find that my order was WRONG! Id understand if they were busy or understaffed but it was more than clear neither was the case not only forgetting my food but also conveniently forgetting to answer the phone? Beyond ridiculous and more than infuriating
From fresh food to great customer service, you all get an A++ from me. Thank you all for your service.
DO NOT EAT HERE!! Stopped here on our way to Orange Beach, we had a group of 9 and we used the restroom first and in there we encountered a female employee coming out of a stall, one of us asked here to wash her hands and just shot us a dirty look and continued back to work, we got the rest of our party and left, while she was behind the counter with her very long nails with her hand in a bag of lettuce!! GROSS!!
