I went planning to drive through for some chili on my way to work. Drive-thru line was almost out to the road and I was in a hurry, so I went in. The dining area was clean (an employee was cleaning when I came in). They were out of chili so I ordered a grilled chicken ranch wrap. The food was fine but I'm bummed they were out of what I wanted.
Service slooooooooow. Line inside and drive through were looooong. No sorry for waiting or compensation for waiting. Food was tasty and fresh. The pumpkin spice Frosty was all fake flavoring that tasted nothing like pumpkin. Tastedore like maple syrup. Fries were good. Pricing was good on their specials. Sorry, we do not plan on going there again.
Had the pulll forward to wait for my French fries. Which were cold when I got them half full ordered My Burger with tomato and lettuce added to it. I got a completely dry nothing on it Probably one of the worst experiences ever. Lazy employees do not go there.if I

Wendys in Clinton is selling baked potatoes while being out of butter. They are not telling customers about this. I was given a spoon not a fork and no straw. I called the manager to give her a chance to correct the situation, however she simply stated she was not about to hear all this complaining and hung up. Buyer beware shop @ your own risk
Wendy’s count your days, I ordered a large fry tonight with a Dave’s double and got this.
I have been to this location roughly 4 times, each time I try to give them a little credit but they are always slow and always mess up my order, every time I have gone it's a 10-15 minute wait before I can even order. My order has been messed up every time, whether it's the wrong ingredients on my burgers (didn't make them plain) or forgetting to add a fry.
I arrived at Wendy’s in Clinton in the lobby! Myself and one customer . It took about ten minutes to get his order no one ever acknowledged we were in the dining room. The guy who was cleaning the floors and came by the register and acknowledged we were here the cashier Debra k made the statement that she told us she would be right with us but she never acknowledged we were standing there. After that a door dasher comes in . She asked could she help me but before I could say anything she cut me off and went straight to him. Ok I understand your busy the manager came out and walked right past front counter and went to drive thru just rude!!!!
The worst Wendy’s I have ever been to! Food awful!! We ordered maple chicken bacon croissant and got roll with chicken!!! Food was nasty! Hard! Cold!!!
