i dont fully agree on , esp being in the food industry myself...
it was a first and last time here.
PS crabby patty meal doesnt come with anything too special (like the box, etc) - not worth the price or wait.
I do DoorDash and every single time I pick up an order from this location, I’m met with sarcasm and ignorance. Clearly none of these people enjoy their jobs and quite frankly, I’m sick and tired of the mistreatment. I’m doing you a favor by delivering the food on your behalf. Someone from upper management should really do something about this location because it’s absolutely ridiculous. The “manager” is a joke and a half. The teenage boys that work here are rude and beyond incapable. If they had name tags on, I’d list every single problem. Do better.
This location deserves 0 stars in all categories. They can't do anything right, including tell time. Breakfast stops at 10:30, but this location stop serving it at 10:23. The food is always less than mid. The bacon is always either burnt or undercooked Orders are wrong half the time. You will always be greeted with a deep sigh of despair by the staff and they will always make you feel like you are a burden just for ordering.
Utterly terrible location. I’ve come to learn not to accept delivery orders from this location, as you will be waiting eons for the orders. The lady at the counter kept mentioning how short staffed they are and how she was still working a 14 hour shift. I felt bad. This location needs MAJOR attention from corporate.
Tried to new saucy nugs, the nugs were cold. Another fast food place I'll be avoiding
Thanks for the small chili in a large container. Bought 2 put both in the same container so my wife had something to eat her baked potato was uncooked and just smashed. The chicken sandwich was amazing I ordered it with just ketchup and it came with mayo lettuce and tomato.
Is there a lower rating for service than a 1 star? This is insane. The staff is having conversations with each other while taking orders through the drive thru, they give you wrong orders, the manager acts like you’re in the wrong when you point this out. This is crazy.
Terrible experience. Couldn't even place an order after more than 10 minutes waiting. The place wasn't even busy. Young man at register was obviously untrained. The 3 of us left. The door dash driver there ahead of us left. Manager was making sandwiches and completely ignored those of us at counter. This place needs big time attention from Wendy's corporate brass. Unreal.
