My girlfriend went here on her 30 minute lunch break ordered a salad asked for ceaser dressing went back to work and found only butter for her salad. The time and money spent here was a total waste. Now her and I will never come back here people need to use there brains and figure out how to serve food and remember to take care of their customers, or they need to find another job. Very disappointed and will go to the competition next door always.
So I just have to say.... the service was great! But let me tell you why! Lol, so I stopped here once a week before class to get some chow, and I really REALLY had to pee, I drove from Everett, and traffic sucked as usual. I ask to use the restroom and proceeded to said potty, well there was a lady in there (having a hard time staying awake) the nice counter person came and asked to please leave (as she'd been in there for a long time already) well needless to say the lady still didn't want to leave the restroom. I asked kindly if I could use the men's room because I couldn't hold it anymore! Lol, I relieved myself only to hear the lady finally come out. Unfortunately, she was extremely high and could hardly walk. The counter person kindly asked her to take a moment and have a beverage to cool down. So I applaud this establishment and what they probably have to deal with daily, but also bravo on being good humans in such a time that you could've chosen not to be. I'll keep coming here and you should stop in too. I had the mushroom special sandwich it was Fire AF.
So, like many people who's been to many Wendy's...this one is the worst.
Food was NOT fresh. Bun was stale. Nuggets dripping oil, over cooked, and shriveled. And oil was all over the burger wrapper which was a mess.
I mean, yeah you have certain tolerances of fast good joints but there are also certain expectations.... and this one was lacking.
Definitely needs work! Management, put some work into it!
Ordered through the Wendy's app, they call me and tell me the order was picked up and it's not their problem. I can literally hear them screaming at the delivery driver in the background and it's clear what happened was they handed my order off to someone else who shouldn't have gotten it. Either another driver or just stolen. Call Wendy's support, they tell me the store was acting belligerent to them too, so they cancelled it.
Imagine being so deeply incompetent you can't manage to hand a bag of food to the right person. This place is notorious for this. Bad management/ownership and a bad franchisee. Makes Wendy's corporate look bad when in actuality it's just another example of a franchisee who shouldn't be in business.
We order in drive thru and don't get order we paid for. Was missing some of order. Had to go back with receipt to get food and they are upset and don't want to fix. Using our gas and time. Then do nothing to make up for there mistake. The staff is very rude and annoyed with multiple customers. It shows they don't like there job and are annoyed. The food is ok but staff is awful and too many mistakes.
Waited more than 15 minutes in the drive thru. The gal at the window started taking my order. I had to repeat myself several times because she was trying to help other customers at the same time. Then in the middle of taking my order she stops to hand out food and forgets the rest of what I had ordered so again I had to repeat myself. It was rude and disrespectful. If you start taking a person's order then give them their full attention. I've given up on this place. The store manager lacks control of her employees.
This particular Wendy's doesn't seem to have the ability to get good employees with a decent work ethic and a strong customer service background their managers included I can remember one time pulling up there in the manager was out in the car I think I don't know smoking weed hanging out with her boyfriend I couldn't tell you but the place was packed and they were backed up and she was goofing around. This last time I was in it's a whole different crew and the front counter guy was rude obnoxious and lazy and didn't care if you helped you or not. The manager was so busy working the front lines that he couldn't see how badly his staff was performing and the way they were poorly treating their customers this kid is on the front line with customer service he shouldn't have been there he should have been fired I filed the complaint with him it was bad he decided a snail. I will never go to this Wendy's again I like their food but it could be a 30-minute wait before you even get help and then it took over an hour to get a burger I mean how hard is it and it wasn't like the place was stacked up with lots of people they just couldn't consistently produce and perform under pressure
This was my no lettuce, no tomato etc (aka ketchup only) burger.
Once I took the extra stuff off, food wasn't bad. This was a drive-through grab, so I didn't have time to go back. *sigh*. At least they were quick ????♀️
