They're decent cheeseburgers for not a bad price. Though that krabby patty burger is not really to be desired. Took a while to order, but we got food out pretty quick. And the atmosphere is alright. I mean, sure, they have a fireplace, but it doesn't feel like all that comfortable, more like forced to get comfortable.
Being from Texas I usually get whataburger. I am SO glad I chose Wendy's today!! The burger was on point! Picture perfect and tasted better than most fast food burgers I've had lately. The drive thru was quick and the order came out hot and ready. Perfect drive through experience for me! I'll be back specifically for this location.
June 29 2024 Saturaday afternoon......Been waiting for 15 minutes inside...Noone has acknowledge me. Floors are sticky by counter. It's was a Wendy kinda day....not so much!
Ordered delivery, the app worked for s*** and didn't process my free Frosty. Not to mention they didn't fulfill my order completely. I thought the point of ordering delivery was so you didn't have to leave the house.

Unfortunately I had to go up there to get my French fries. At least the 2 young gentlemen, one was tall working by the lemonades we're kind and helpful. The app was glitching terribly and didn't even process the free frosty, and had trouble processing my card. They were kind enough to honor the frosty as apparently they were having trouble as well from app orders. Changed rating of service to five stars because of these two gentlemen.
1. I never received a receipt. 2. I never received 1x 6-piece regular nuggets that I ordered. 3. I purchased a limited edition Halloween Kid's meal, which includes a toy. I never received the toy upon hearing the employee at the window making a big fuss about it behind the window to another employee yelling about how there was "no kid in the car, we only have a few toys." 4. The chocolate Frosties that I ordered were melted down throughout the entire cup. I called via phone to resolve the situation, and their phone is off the hook. Go figure!
This is a tough one. I go through the drive thru often and they are quick and normally the food doesn't have issues, but i recently went inside and was not happy with the cleanliness. Tables and condiment and soda station was dirty and sticky. The bathroom was not clean. So 3 stars because drive thru is great, eating inside not so much.
***updated due to manager making it more than better. Guess it was just a bad night.
Got 2 baconators, according to the ingredients its supposed to come with 6 pieces of bacon and 2 slices of cheese. One burger got 2 slices of bacon & the other 1 slice of bacon with nothing in between the patties. Called multiple to the location but no answer
horrible experience. super super rude to my best friend who ordered, just stared at her when she said thank you. rolled their eyes when she had to come back for her nuggets that they forgot ( she only got a 10 piece meal)????
make sure you check your bag before you leave. i’m not one to leave bad reviews but the employees were so disrespectful when we were trying to be nice & we’re always considerate of any food service worker. please hire new workers for night shift. btw it was a older male.
