They’re bugging charging $7 for a spicy chicken sandwich that has one tomato slice, and a single piece of lettuce. Come on at least try to make it look good
Order accuracy is pretty bad, this matters more than ever as the average cost of a meal is $13, don't leave with checking the bag. Overall the freshness of the food is above average for a Windys chain.
This place had just just about run me off with it's poor and uncaring service, but has recently turned itself around, under new management, I believe. A great place to get a good hamburger again! ????
I was just there 30 minutes ago got a cheese burger and chicken sandwich and a bowl of chili the chili was not full they was out of tea at the drink machine and they didn't put crackers in the bag or a spoon they gave this black guy a raw chicken patty on the sandwich someone needs to call USDA on them this is wrong please help me share this everywhere! It could be your kid that got the raw chicken patty or your grandma or parents nobody wants to feel like this! This bowl of chili was not full they are training new people but the people that works there doesn't even know how to do there job!! Help me share this on Facebook Instagram everywhere that Wendy's in Carthage TN is horrible and horrible people that works there please help!!
They're dhort on help. Only one person on inside dining taking orders and delivering food. My food came out perfect fries were fresh and burgers were made to order but a few other people had issues with their orders.
I'm so tired of poor customer service. It seems like everywhere you go these days these employees would rather just not deal with you. Whoever the black lady is wearing the mask working today acts like she hates her job and is rude. From what I am reading in other reviews, she's like this all time. Why does she still have a job, Wendy's? Y'all obviously don't care how your customers are treated. I have worked many years in customer service and this is atrocious. Also got a taco salad and the chili was only half filled....
Spent $21 for 2 subpar taco salads, a frosty and a bad attitude. Awesome ????
Unfortunately, this is one of my regular fuel stops, but I won't be back at your restaurant.
Came through the drive thru on the way home from Nashville. My friend and I got a regular sized 4 for 4 and medium sized. They barely filled up the fry carton. Called the store to inform the manager and she was really rude. The sprite tasted disgusting. I worked at Wendy’s for almost two years and this is not how you treat customers, and at my Wendy’s, you fill the carton all the way to the top because that is what they paid for. It’s ridiculous. Fries also were bad. I wouldn’t go here again.
Robin is a breath of fresh air in this place. Her smile is contagious and the drive to make sure all is well is comforting.
