Absolutely deplorable management! The blonde manager lady is disgustingly rude and unapologetic. I was given and paid for a 6 pc nugget. And what came out was 6pc’s of popcorn chicken. And they never gave me a receipt. So the lady gave me a refund for a 4pc after I asked her what this was. She looked at them and thought it was a 4pc and refused to give me a 6pc to replace! She refunded me for a 4 count! Unbelievable!!
They were pretty kind and quick, but the chicken wrap i received was not rolled at all. The wrap itself ripped to pieces. It should be served in a bowl with a knife and a fork instead of as a wrap.
"sauced" nugs. Nothing like paying double the price of normal nuggets for... Mostly normal nuggets. Other Wendy's locations sauced nugs are actually sauced.
Also, double check your bag before driving off, they forgot our dipping sauces for the sauced nugs.
This place is nasty inside! We stopped there on Saturday. There were only 3 customers and a slow drive-through. There wasn't a single person at the counter.
Then we heard one employee tell another someone needed to go up front there's a customer. Then, I heard them debating who would go up there. Prior to that, they were all just standing in back talking and doing nothing.
Meanwhile, I snapped some photos of how nasty and disorganized the dining area and bathroom were. This place needs new management major! Not to mention a visit from the Health Department.
Took forever for the stoner kid to come to the counter to take our dine in order. While he was taking it three younger individuals walked right behind the counter, walking around the store recording on their phone. Staff immediately told them to leave, and the whole thing caused a scene that made my family super uncomfortable. On top of that, They were out of a bunch of stupid stuff like ranch, cream soda, sprite…etc. super ghetto for being in this area…
Luckily food came fast and was good…saved a one star
TThis new SpongeBob meal is absolute trash! It's basically a plain Dave's single with only ketchup and mayo mixed in. The taste is so bland, it might as well be non-existent. Not to mention, it doesn't even come in a decent packaging. They lazily slapped the delivery sticker on the outside instead of placing it inside the bag, ruining the stickers. On top of all that, my son's chicken nuggets were missing from his meal. And to make matters worse, all my food was ice cold within just 12 minutes of being delivered. I doubt I'll be coming back to this Wendy's anytime soon. What a disappointment for $30.
Ordered 2 meals tonight in the drive thru. Didn’t realize that the crabby patty meal doesn’t come with a soda. Told the girl there was supposed to be 2 sodas and she rudely told us the frosty replaces the soda, all fine and dandy, but when we were trying to get her to stop making excuses as to why she didn’t hear there were 2 sodas, she told us to stop being loud and slammed the window on us, ummmm if she would have shut up for 5 seconds she would have heard us willing to pay for another soda!!!!!!! Clearly this is the only job she could get!!! I will NEVER go back!!!! I willl drive all the way to hwy k if I have to!!!! Worst Wendy’s in Missouri!

Drive through experience was phenomenal. Food came out hot, quick, and tasty. They followed our request for no ketchup on one of our burgers wonderfully and were overall very friendly. A great Wendy's location.
