One of the most awful food places in wapak. Management is a joke, handing out old and cold food personally. We went back through two different times and both times the manager (male around 9:30pm) was a complete jerk and doesn't understand customer or food service whatsoever. I could understand if we were assholes about it but we were very understanding and just wanted some hot fries, that's all.
They have been out of hamburger and chicken twice in 2 weeks. Why even be open just for them to tell people they are out of all meat? This place is in desperate need of NEW management! When they do have ingredients in stock they tell you to pull up and you always have to have them fix your order. I got a cheeseburger plain and they gave me a bun with lettuce tomato and mayo no MEAT or cheese. The inside is always dirty the carpet is ripping in places and all kinds of stains I wouldn’t recommend this place drive 10 mins and go to Anna.
They were not busy at all. They got our order wrong multiple times and when we finally got it it was very sloppy. Barely any ingredients in my chicken wrap. Soda machine was flat/broken. A lot of black stuff floating around in drinks. Didn't include multiple things that we ordered. + fries and tortillas were stale.
Walked in and the restaurant stank. Decided I would eat there,’only needed the washroom. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The toilet was filthy and it stank even worse the rest of the restaurant. Smelled like sewer gas.

I love their hamburgers, but haven't been there in a long time because the workers were always grouchy, and acted like it was a bother that you were there.
Today, I was told to pull ahead and wait at the door, even though no one was behind me. Then an employee started running back and forth in front of the drive thru window with a two wheel cart, talking to the girl in the window.
Is THAT why I was told to pull ahead?
I will never go there again. I'll go to a different Wendy's where the employees don't treat me like trash.
Unsure about the atmosphere or the service because my partner brought it to me, but I got a spicy chicken sandwich here yesterday and pulled a piece of plastic wrap out of it halfway through eating it. Disgusted is an understatement.
Had to pull over to wait on my order, even though there was only 1 car ahead of me on line which had to pull over also. And no customers inside. The burgers looked like they had sat for awhile, all dried out. The fries were cold. Wendys used to be my go to place for a good fast food burger, but no more.
We were in a roadtrip and this location had the best service, friendly staff and fresh hot food. My twins said it “tasted like joy”. Big thanks to the staff!
