Swift service. First time trying their breakfast. I'm not a fan, but everything came out hot and fresh.
Pull in parking space and wait. For what, so you can get my order wrong. I literally ordered three burgers and one with lettuce and pickles. Could not even get that right - 3 items. Then no one can answer the phone, it goes to a voice mailbox that has not been set up. So, the store phone is forwarded to someone’s cell phone or what?? Am I angry, of course I am.
Service was slow. Employees had a hard time understanding and getting my order correct. Didn't complete order, had to wait and explain what my order was numerous time, employee was so distracted by other things I was given wrong change back, then a manager had to correct it, costing more time. Employee didn't give condiments nor Napkins, when asked for Napkins, was informed they were out. A very disorganized facility.
Basic fast food. Wendy's is typically fresh. This location was out of half of the salads on the menu and they did not have lettuce and tomatoes for sandwiches.
Ms. Trina was awesome she started with a friendly greeting, took my order and the other workers prepared my food, then she put my food on the tray. She asked if I needed condiments, gave me the condiments, and said have a great day. The food was good and forfilling. I enjoyed my visit and hopefully I can visit again.
Food was average. Didn't get straws. Messed up my order majorly on one visit, but they realized the mistake and corrected the order proactively at no additional charge. Was definitely a good experience with this location.
First when she took my order she was rude with an attitude then They messed up the only soda I had on my order. I was also pulled up for 20 minutes for a 10 pc nugget meal that was cold. This is ridiculous. Id rather go anywhere else than this establishment
I went in to grab a quick bite. Everything was fine up until I checked my burger. One patty was done and the other was well under cooked (killed my appetite by). Upon bringing it to the staffs attention I denied the refund, another burger and told them they should do better with food preparation . I was about to leave the store and was told to leave the store (too much criticism I guess) OPEN YOUR BURGER BEFORE EATING IT!
