I am partial because I work there. I work breakfast. Their breakfast is really good. The sausage is a little spicy if you like it that way. The bacon is always crispy. The eggs are really eggs. You can get your sandwich on an English muffin, buttered biscuit, or a croissant.
Stopped by at about 8:40pm, the drive thru is backed up so you'd think you would receive warm food.... think again.
Fries are cold, no tomatoe on either sandwich, doable cheese on a no cheese burger, and my wife's drink has no ice, tastes completely flat and like water. Pretty disappointing. Spend your money else where or make food at home like we should have done
Pretty much same experience as reviewer before me. 6:00 on a Wednesday nobody in drive thru. Ordered a spicy chicken asiago and got a plain old breaded chicken sandwich. Double stack was nasty. Waited at window for 8 minutes or so, again, I'm the only one in line and both sandwiched were cold!! Even the water was messed up. Had orange syrup all over the lid. NO napkins either. Should have known when everywhere else is packed and they have nobody to avoid it.
The frosty machine needs to be cleaned. I am so tired of Wendy's restaurants not cleaning their frosty machines. I have stomach issues every time I get a frosty from y'all and this is at most of your restaurants. I have found one that doesn't give me issues bc they clearly clean their machines. The nuggets were barely warm and the cheese sauce I paid a buck extra for was almost cold.
This location gets hammered with traffic. It must be some kind of Special Forces proving ground. Front of House staff are always calm, focused, professional, and efficiently coordinating preparation of your Bacon Double Classic and extra large fries for deployment into your hangry face hole.
Dave would be proud, as a proper General should be.
I ordered an asiago chicken ranch club. I told them I'd like it with the asiago cheese and bacon on it since I've been there several times and one or the other wasn't on the sandwich. No surprise, there wasn't any bacon. I took it inside and they added the bacon. He did say he was sorry. I didn't realize they hadn't put the ranch dressing on it. If I ever decide to go back to this branch, I'll have to check for that too. The lady at the drive-thru was very nice.
I am writing this to Wendy's on Reed Hartman Highway because I am upset, even as a 17 year old, watching 2 men literally carrying this store as a whole. There was one cook and 1 man packaging food, preparing, serving the line, etc. These men are working very hard to upkeep a business that should absolutely have more than 2 employees in the whole shop. They are doing all they can but no one should have to work in these conditions. I hope this gets fixed and soon.
I’m not customer I was a employee and I had to quit after two days because Sunday night I was told by the Lyft driver that it was somebody in the wooded area watching me and was ready to robbed me that night. So when I was trying to reach out to the district manager to asked him was it possible to get transferred because I was scared of my life and it was getting expensive to get a Lyft back and forth to work. This man was not supportive at all. Anything could of happened to me while I was waiting and he doesn’t care so I didn’t care about making an decision on leaving.
