Food is usually mediocre at most, I try to avoid this location if possible due to the attitude & demeanor from the front of house staff. While I have witnessed the dedication & hard work from the staff responsible for making the food, the employees working the register kill the experience completely. I've worked customer service so I know it is draining working with the public.. I use the app exclusively to avoid having to order it in person due to the attitude that is usually given.
On my most recent visit I had ordered through the app and picked my food up on the counter. I asked the employee who was responsible for working the register for ketchup ( didnt notice her being on her phone) she rolled her eyes at me and stormed off - but did return with ketchup!

I ordered a biggie bag and a classic chicken combo. I got home and realized I had not received my two drinks and also my fries were not fresh at all. They were already cold and burned! Granted they were busy as it was around 8:45 pm but when I called to report they didn’t even answer the phone. Very disappointed! Mainly why I rarely eat fast food these days.
The #7 I ordered in Lynchburg Virginia was fresh hot,just to my liking. Customer service was out of this world. I'll recommend everyone Togo there.

I was a little disappointed in the size of the drink they presented to me. It was an ice tea, and I think they served a child size. I had ordered a large. Also, the tea had no ice in it, and it was a drive-through order. I chose to go away disappointed.
I wonder if there was a recent management change, or something. This Wendy's has never been bad for me, one of the more reliable fast food stops in Lynchburg but fast food in Lynchburg (Chick Fil A being an exception) has always been a pretty poor experience. This past month or two tho, they've been getting me through the line in a couple minutes or less, food is fresh, and the staff is polite and professional. I snapped a pic of one sandwich, but I wish I snapped the first. It came out looking like those doctored menu photos. Fast food has always been a begrudging, budget option for lunch (one that has fallen out of budget these past couple years) but with reliability like this, and the jr bacon dropping in price, I might look forward to grabbing a fast bite here from time to time.
I placed a mobile order and had to wait almost 40 minutes to get my food because they serve the people in the drive thru first, so my food got pushed to the back? for 40 min? for two biggie bags. Drive thru wasn’t even that busy, everyone seemed to be waiting a long time, but I thought the a point for mobile orders was to be ahead of the line
Food was great! Service was great! Guy at window seemed very happy, was grooving to music I had playing. Complimented my car. Food was hot and order was correct! Y'all have stepped up your service and it's greatly appreciated.
DRIVE THROUGH ORDER A NUMBER 4 WITH EXTRA PICKLES ADD BACON ( MEDIUM SIZED) I WAS OTW TO WORK AND THOUGHT WENDYS BEFORE I GO TO WORK. I WAS IN LINE FOR 20 MINUTES BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO ORDER AND I WAS NEXT TO ORDER. I SAW A VERY SHORT NEW FACE GIVE MY ORDER TO who she said was her FAMILY MEMBER IN FRONT OF ME. I KNEW IT WAS MY ORDER BECAUSE SHE ASKED WHAT WAS ON IT As she peeped in her mirror at me. LOL ,THEY WAS HAVING A GOOD CONVO. SOON IT WAS MY TURN at the winda AND SHOW NUff THE CASHIER GAVE ME THE SAME dry DRINK THAT SHE WAS GIVEN BACK FROM he cousin IN FRONT OF ME. I GOT TO WORK AND NOTICED a flat sandwich and I TOOk A PIC TO SEE IF THE CLASSIC WAS JUST A TOMATO CHICKEN SANDWHICH, AND IT WASNT. Big shout out to vince, THANKYOU VINCE for taking my call and giving me a code to correct my meal discrepancy. I wasn't going to post this but I heard liar when they gave me my food so...here goes the lying...if I missed any of your hard workers keep it up, to those playing I have nothing to say...
