The burger was obviously thrown together. It was soggy and the sauce was everywhere. The chicken nuggets were burnt and the fries are cold and unsalted too.
Slowest place I've ever been. Given them two tries now and even ordered just a basic simple cheeseburger and still had to wait about 10 minutes to get my food and pull up.
It's like this place is actively encouraging you not to come here. I'll be taking their unspoken advice.
Been here several times now and I just can’t learn my lesson. The food is always cold and 2/3 has been messed up as well. Fry portion compared to other locations is also skimpy. I am genuinely concerned about the employees as their attitude insinuates they are all so miserable they are about to kill themselves. Service is slow as well. Haven’t spent less than 15 minutes in line.
I ordered a baked potato with bacon, cheese, and chives but they instead gave me a potato with chili and not only that, the potato was rotten in the middle. Before knowing the potato was rotten I told the employees that they gave me the wrong type of potato and asked for another and they said they didn't have anymore so I just decided to I was going to eat the potato that they gave me only to discover the center of it was black and rotten. You can tell that they deliberately did it because the toppings were right on top of the rotten spot. Once I found out I asked for a refund and they offered me another potato which means they initially lied about not having anymore. I did get my money back though. This is one of many bad experiences I've had with this particular Wendy's. They've lied many times and even tried to steal money and not hand me my receipt.
Called 15 minutes ahead for a group of 20+…they were ready from the moment we walked in the door! Fast and friendly service! Fast and hot food! Manager, Kendall, and his whole crew was super nice to us!
Drive thru order was under ten minutes. Food was hot, fries crispy. Lady at cash register very polite. Great work, appreciate the great service.
Ordered a Dave's Double Combo through DoorDash. The burger was literally a bun with NOTHING in it! Called the restaurant and the manager herself told me that people order burgers all the time with nothing on the bun. I am almost positive NO ONE is going to pay FULL PRICE for a burger with NO BURGER. Unbelievable.
Customer service is not good when I walked inside there was no greeting and I didn’t know that the cashiers today can wear ear pods that to me is very unprofessional and that is the fault of the manager. I know because I have worked within the fast food industry and I was a manager all I can say is go find out for yourself but I won’t be going back. I waited to long to be served so I left.
