Wow, what an incredible experience at Wendy’s with their “SpongeBob Crabby Patty Meal”! From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was going to be a special visit. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and the staff was friendly and attentive, setting the stage for a fantastic meal.

If I could leave a ZERO star review, I absolutely would. My boyfriend and I ordered chicken nuggets, fries and two drinks through DoorDash tonight (7/21/24 approximately 12:30 AM). The CORRECT receipt was on the bag, but we received the WRONG order. I called this Wendy’s to let them know, and I asked the woman who answered the phone if I could speak with a manager, and was immediately hung up on. I called 11 times after that and nobody answered. On the 13th call, a representative threatened to call the cops on me due to how many times I called them. I do not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone. This place is obviously terribly managed.
UPDATE: the store manager was incredibly UNHELPFUL. I called today 7/22/24. She asked for the name on the receipt and I gave it to her as well as telling her that only his initials were on the receipt but she didn’t listen to me and talked over me. Then she told me that I had the wrong store and that they NEVER HAD THE ORDER, even though the store’s address and phone number were on the receipt
This Wendy's restaurant became famous for serving the best chili in town. That was when the nearby McClellan AFB nearby was still open. Twenty years later they still serve that same delicious food that some claim have some secret ingredients.
Lately, they have come up with the best fish sandwich than anybody else can make them.

"Not that good, but what did I expect?"
Bourbon Double Bacon Cheeseburger tasted strange. Kind of a mix between low quality pancakes, breakfast sausage and corn starch syrup.
Fries were basic, not bad or good just (well) fries.
Dr Pepper was low on syrup and had a seltzer water flavor.
$14.xx for a combo?
I used to love to frequent this establishment. The young men who the day shifts are all very well mannered and have excellent customer service. Unfortunately my last and final visit consisted of this Slavic women in her 30’s who was rude,careless and failed to provide a receipt. She dropped a coupon of mine and didn’t apologize in addition to giving me two barbecue sauces for 3 meals.
Well I LOVE getting frostys here all the time... And it's nice that they're open till 2am but the last two times I stopped by, around 10pm both times, the person in the drive thru informed me that there were no more frostys for the night! Which really sucked because I made a special trip and it was the only item that I was going to order.
