Hands-down, worst experience every time I come to this location staff is ignorant they look like when you come to order their inconvenience like they don’t know how to do their job. Nothing is ever stocked soda machines are always down. They’re always out of medium cups and then have the nerve to charge you for a large, the atmosphere is terrible place is never clean floors are always sticky. Carpets are constantly obstructing door access and the staff never get your order right not to mention I’ve never been given napkins or utensils. Whenever I go to this location, do yourself a favor avoid this location any means unless you like slop together, and the rudest staff I have ever met including the manager that seems to not be able to do their job correctly because they’re always out of everything
The guy at the counter made approximately 3 movements over the 15 minutes it took him to take our order. No words were spoken. Alexia tried and failed to log into her paramount plus on the television. Food was fine
Genuinely the worst staffed Wendy’s in existence.
The good reviews are likely bots or paid for.
Always missing half the menu when you try to order. Don’t bother asking for a salad-they’ll say they’re out because no one preps them. Don’t bother asking for a Deluxe version of your burger-you’ll pay for it but won’t get any of the topping.
And when you finally do get your food—after finding something on the menu they actually have—almost always something missing.
One Ice machine not working, the other one had no ice. Empty ketchup dispenser. At least 6 staff on duty who looked at us and did nothing. Had to loudly say "can I place an order". Will never go back there
The MOST memorable fast restaurant experience I've had. So as we walked in we noticed food to be delivered on a shelf that right in front of us that had been sitting a LONG time. The frostys were melted and they were half liquid.
Next the guy at the counter said we had to use the kiosk to order. So we did. We waited at least 20 minutes. They were all totally confused and bumbling all over each other. The most shocking thing was noticeing a teenager in the back shaking the fries basket with an afro at least 7 inches out in every direction. His little baseball cap didn't cover 1/5th of his head. The manager noticed I was taking pictures and told him to put his hairnet on. So ... He started using his bare hands right there adjusting a hair net and it not covering his hair at all and then go right back to the fries. Never even moved away from the food or washed his hands. Another woman who was working there was wiping her hands all over her face and mouth and then preparing frostys. No gloves or handwashing at all. Absolutely gross. We waited so long for our food we almost walked out. Finally my hubby went and grabbed a cup (which I had already paid for) so we could at least have a drink while we waited. There were only 2 people in front of us.
Absolute chaos. My nuggets were kind of warm but my hubby's fries were hot. I was so grossed out it was hard to eat. If I posted the picture of the afro boy it is so bad I wouldn't want it to go viral and ruin the kid's life. For real. Send them help!
Somehow always out of basics like COCA COLA, or any other soda, or…potatoes?! No matter the time or day, drive through or dine in.
Employees doing nothing, on their phones etc, and will say literally *nothing* to you at the window- not “hello”, not give you your total, no “thanks”. Just take your card and give you your bag wordlessly. Truly bizarre and inhuman.
If you think any of this is exaggerated, check out the other reviews or the attached photo of the soda machine out of nearly everything.
Do yourself a favor and go to a fast food place in the suburbs instead.
I rarely buy drive thru. Having a sugar low and it's hot outside, my dog in the car. Had to wait more than 5 minutes just to orde.Unintelligible response. Pull through hand a $20 with something mumbled to me and handed drink. Then a bag. No thank you. BUT I pulled away. Half way home I stop to drink my lemonade when I realize no change given. So I drive back. Go in and say I forgot my change. Told no I didn't. Don't want to argue. Especially since my dog in car and I never did understand amount for meal since woman at the window mumbled, never looked at me, didnt smile or even acknowledge me. Then I was told a male at the window. Fine. Lost my business, my family's business and friends. But you obviously don't care.
Every time I get take out from here there's Always something Wrong !
Ordered Coke, didn't have it,ordered a Taco salad, didn't get any chips or chili, and the chips were outdated. When I asked for the chili the one girl said it didn't come with it and gave a wise answer. Did I mention I wasn't told the total for the order at time of placement.Whoever owns this franchise should rethink the investment
