Every time I come through the drive-thru here I get a fun fact from the guy at the window with my lunch. I really enjoy that. The food tastes good and it's pretty consistent. I hate that you can't ever get a receipt without going through a huge process but I do think the restaurant's location is easy to get to, places to park around it if you want to eat in your car, and generally decent. I'll keep visiting... for when I just need a good hamburger.
The young guy that was Taking orders around 1:50pm has great customer service skills even when he’s under pressure with it getting busy. Customer service skills are hard to find nowadays in fast food restaurants. He deserves to be recognized for that. Now, to the part I got grossed out about. I went into the bathroom and a young blonde girl with an accent came out of the stall from doing her business, left out of the restroom without washing her hands. I hope she’s not touching food that I ate. Disgusting!!!
Got a baconator. It only came with a single patty and had to ask for the second. Took a bite and the bun was stale, cheese was ice cold, meat was room temp at most. Not even sure if it was safe to eat so I threw it out and left. Very disappointing for an $11 burger.
Nothing against the employees at the front, the interior is very clean and they were attentive.
It’s gone downhill in recent years. Food sometimes comes out like warm. Buns sometimes seem to be going stale. Gone are the days of fresh never frozen. When they switched to the plump patties a decade or so ago was the beginning of the end. They need to source their products better. The price is astronomical as well for what you get.
Just left Wendys for quick drive home. Food was stale as if it had been sitting for hours...frys-just as bad as mcdonalds. We ordered a baconator with only 3 pcs of bacon. I am not eating fast food again. Wendys you suck!
Easy in and out no issues or problems, drive threw was good, cashier was nice and pleasant. Unfortunately the breakfast I had today wasn't great at all 5 mins after eating luckily the HD was close by cause instantly had to use the restroom.
I purchased the #8 off of the breakfast menu the sandwich maybe wasn't the freshest(photo included) the seasoned potatoes were good not great and orange juice perfect.
Overall I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time so I know the next time will be better Thank you Wendy's staff and team members!
Such a horrible customer service, they don’t give no sauce when u order ur food and when u ask them they say it cost, like I am not asking for extra I just want some with my food
I had a man named Moses take my order, was very kind and got my order to me very fast, he was able to put a smile on my face when it felt like my day was crumbling as well. 5 stars!!
