Single burgers, minus the cheese and onions, were underwhelming and overpriced at more than $5 per burger. Cooked weight no more than 1.2 oz meat patty. Patties were overfried. Fries were marginal in taste, color, not crispy, and amount provided (med). All in all, a disappointment from this Wendy's franchise.
Ordered a Dave double with no Tomatoes in the drive thru when I got home I ended up with two meat, patties and cheese on two bottom pieces of
Bun.
This Wendy's was clean very well stocked but most of all super friendly. Jen was our cashier, she was helpful, polite, and treated us as if we were her only customers. Also at this Wendy's it was evident they care about their seniors. This place was busy but they had time for everyone, high recommend, we'll go back!
I use to really like this Wendy's. Apparently nobody knows how to read. My receipt had what I ordered correctly but what I got wasnt supposed to have ketchup and it did. No big deal. A big bacon classic with no ketchup. Go back through drive thru to get the right sandwich. Ketchup was gone but so was the bacon. You would think if you had made a mistake one time you would pay more attention the next time.
I went on 8/5/24 through the drive thru I ordered 2 4 for 4s and was charged for the 4 for 5 then got to the window the girl hands me one of my drinks i wait a minute and tell her there was supposed to be 2 drinks. She then takes my card and a minute later gives me my card and receipt. I look at it and see the mistake so I tell her and all she can do is go give me those drinks back then whole time the female heavy set manager with glasses is looking on. She of course does nothing so when the girl comes back to the window I tell her I want my 2 dollars back. She did not care for this and I told her she also owed me the tax on the 2 dollars which I did say because I didn't care for her attitude. I let it slide but anyways they didn't care they got my order wrong just as long as they got the two drinks back lol and the manager just standing there watching lol wow
Slow and Rude. Ignored for about 5 minutes. I asked if we could order and was told “when I am done. “. In the meantime they were taking orders from drive through. Don’t waste your time here. Slow and Rude.
I dined in and got a double cheeseburger that was served to me raw meat. My husband brought it back up to the counter and told them it was raw and the cook replied I temped it and they cooked me another one and that one was raw too so in fear of pissing off the cook I just threw it away. I do not recommend this wendy's at all! They should fire the cook and get another one! @ 5:16 PM 8/28/2024 Is when we dined in there. Maybe the cook and manager on duty needs to take Servsafe classes again and again til they get it right to serve the public.
I got off of work at 11:18 pm placed a order online. Drove 1 min down the street to sit at the speaker box for 10 mins and no one answer. I pulled around to the window and waited 10 mins before I seen someone walking by. I tapped on the glass. She held up her finger for me to wait.. I am currently still in the drive thru with a order I placed and paid for online and no one will acknowledge me... Corporate needs evaluate this wendy's and ensure that they do better. This is UNACCEPTABLE
