Best WLM Reviews
The young lady who took my order was very pleasant smiling and welcoming. If my review was based solely on her treatment of me I would give her a five-star however the person who was responsible for placing my order on the counter literally through the bag on the counter without even looking in my direction I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and what I got instead was lettuce cheese and a bit of so-called ranch dressing with absolutely not one tiny piece of chicken. This place gives Wendy's a bad name
Fast hot and correct. The self-service drink machine's ice was empty. I took my cup to the counter and they quickly filled it. He even asked how much ice I wanted!
This is an excellent Wendy's location, it's smaller but it's still great. My family stopped here for lunch on our way through the area. It was Lunchtime and this location is attached to a truck stop gas station so it was super busy. We always use the mobile app though so we never order at the counter, we just go sit down somewhere and wait for our food. The food was great, everything was fresh and delicious and the drink dispenser in the lobby was actually working (we've been to a few where it wasn't working). The employees were friendly and helpful. We go to Wendy's about once a week and some locations aren't that good but this one is.
Stopped here for lunch on the way to visit @keto_nurse_paula in Pulaski Tennessee and I loved it.
The food was hot and fresh, the staff worked well with the lunch rush. Our food was out fast and we were able to resume our travels quickly
The parking lot is a bit crazy but the food is really good. I ordered ahead online twice, once to dine in and once for the drive thru. When I dined in, they forgot to give me the sauces I ordered (no big deal). Super friendly and grabbed them for me when I went back up to the counter, so that's a win for me! Plan to eat here frequently lol
So I just witnessed a little blonde girl with glasses just get rude with a customer and and told him to get out of "her store" because he called her out for finishing up a conversation while he waited two minutes to be served at the reguster. Then I'm guessing the manager came out to see what the deal was and she pretty much got an attitude telling him excuses. I don't think she has had sufficient training in to what customer service actually is. Sad. The younger generation makes it hard for good citizens to spend our money where they "work"....
If I'm looking to eat at a fast food burger place, Wendy's is usually not my 2nd, 3rd or even 4th choice. This was at a truck stop gas station that I had stopped at and the sausage breakfast burrito looked good, so I ordered it. It DID NOT disappoint! Good sized burrito that had sausage, egg, cheese and potato wedges in it AND they give you Cholula hot sauce with it.
This franchise has been declining in service for years. The food is still better than most fast food. The service at this store was not as bad as most Wendy's, but that is faint praise.
