I wish I could put a 0. The wait was long I really don't eat Wendy's because of that reason. Only 1 car on front of me and I waited 20 minutes to order had to pull up and wait another 10 mins. Everything was cold nothing was right. The drinks aren't even good and I'm not over exaggerating close Wendy's on south highland in jackson tn down. It's disgusting money wasted n I'm pissed
Stopped in to get a quick dinner but that turned out to be a bad idea. Our order was messed up, they were out of cheese, they only gave us 3 hollow chicken nuggets per order which we had 3 of them, and no sauce. What's going on here Wendy's? Very disappointed
So so hot inside and the entire place was a wreck!!! I didn’t go in the restroom but I imagine if the front looked the way it did then the back was a disaster. I’m sure if Wendy’s would fix the air their workers would be more motivated to clean.
Today makes the second time I have went here. Today it was breakfast and the other it was dinner. Both times customer service was great. Both times the food was trash. This place is not cheap. Needless to say I will not be going back.
Horrible customer service, person working at drive thru refused to acknowledge me speaking to them and wouldn't speak to me but could cut up and laugh with other employees... nevertheless I got 2 baconators without bacon! Great job, you're going to go far kid. ????
Most of the employees were outside smoking when I went through the drive thru. I was shortchanged by a young lady, and then given an attitude about it when I told her. It wasn’t worth arguing over a few cents, especially since this seems like definitely the kind of place that will spit in your food if they don’t like you. But if you do pay in cash make sure to give exact change.
I ordered a number 1 single with french fries and a coke. I also ordered a medium chocolate frosty. Delicious and the ladies were all so nice! Thank you
Good morning. I drive for Uber and had a pick up for food this morning. I waited for over 30 minutes for the customers food. I had been asked to move forward while they get the order. I had no problem with that. I thought they might had forgotten me. So I backed up to the window to see and the lady working the drive thru proceeded to cuss me mad that I was rushing her. I wasn’t rushing her at all. This behavior is why people don’t want to do business with certain restaurants.
