Normally pretty average experience when I go.
Tonight will be the last time I’ll ever attend this location ever in my life after being verbally assaulted by who I assume is the manager of the restaurant through the drive thru. He was horribly mean and disgusting. I was shocked.
He should be ashamed and embarrassed.

I don’t eat fast foods often, but I used to love Wendy’s. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences worth food quality the last couple of years. This latest visit has me sworn off, I’m afraid. Staff is always really great though!
This location is on the Seawall, and they have outside seating. If the weather is nice you can enjoy your meal outside. If it's too hot you can eat inside and be comfortable. I'm not gonna tell you anything new that you don't already know about Wendy's. I can tell you that their French fries are great, I didn't expect them to be so good. This place is clean and well taken care of. The staff is friendly. My food came out fast, and everything was fresh. I don't eat at a lot of burger chains, but I would come back to this one because it's so clean, and the team does a great job of taking care of their customers. If you're looking for a good quick meal or duck in for a moment and a frosty, I definitely recommend this one.
My burger had a long hair on it which sometimes happens. I get it. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to get a refund!!!
Paid for the combo but didn't get a combo. They forgot my order. I asked for four things: burger, bbq sauce, coke, and a frosty. They gave me 2 out of 4. The girl in there was fast and I even complimented here. She gave me my order one second after I finished paying. But speed came at the expense of accuracy and thoroughness.
My fries were cold it look like and taste their grease was old.
Fries nasty couldn't even finish them

Customer service was good she gave us information we didn't ask for just trying to help us out.
