I just received my food from this restaurant and I got a $6 double stack biggie bag. My nuggets were burnt, my burger is hard and overcooked, and my fries are cold. The drink was good only because they didn't have to cook it. I don't know what happened to the staff but this store has lost quality. Especially before close. It's like they just stop caring at all.
This is what I got when ordering the Honey Butter Chicken biscuit... a COLD HARD piece of chicken on a DRY biscuit and the coffee was COLD...
Never order from this place. Everytime I've ordered from them they have gotten my food wrong in some way. I have ordered the same thing every time and almost if not half the time it's wrong in dumb ways. Asked for a spicy chicken with only mayo and they give me one with everything and cheese. Don't go here if you want your food done right.
The drive through took forever. They forgot our fries. If that was the case they should have mentioned fries were going to be await. I went in to get our fries and it was going to be a 10 minute wait. How do you have a drive thru full of people and you are completely out of fries and you don’t start to make them till a customer comes I. To complain they didn’t get them. He literally started them when I said I didn’t get my fries. Oh the drive thru work didn’t make any sense and wasn’t listening to a word we were saying. I won’t be back

Guy at the window at 4:15 pm on 6-29-24 had to look at his phone awhile before opening the window then he was very rude got my drink wrong I told him what I ordered he took the drink closed the window opened it up and handed me a drink with a smirk on his face I thanked him and drove off he gave me back my original drink had a very bad attitude for no reason food was okay but nothing to get excited about
0/10 would not recommend.. the place is filthy, it's smells like b/o, the workers were so busy talking and chit chatting that they got my order wrong. This place used to be so nice and clean and pleasant to be in. I'm not sure what happened, but it wasn't a nice experience at all today!
I don’t know why they are always out of biscuits lately. My favorite breakfast is the honey butter biscuits and they have not been having them lately ????????
