The garlic Parmesan was not fresh. Was cool and look soggy the combination with the ranch either the blue cheese, which I always lov but not this time. French fries was fresh and hot . They don't have the drink I want so got not remedy but cola which I Don prefere. The service was good and the atmosphere too but. That nugg was nasty wacky and blashhh no like it.
Burger bun was hard, cold and dry. Cheese wasn’t melted and was cold. Fries were cold. Nobody in drive thru or store, and it took about ten minutes to get my food. Horrible.
Joshua went the extra mile & my night was made I ordered cookies & was told there were none he then proceeded to tell me he could bake some fresh ones for me! Cookies were great & service was even better ! 10/10 highly recommend . He’s an elite employeee!
Cold friends and nuggets even though I had to wait on a chicken sandwich. Waited 3 mins to order food and 10 mins on the food. I understand a hurricane is coming but this is unacceptable.
Order 2 biggie bags. Worst 10.o2 I have ever spent.
They got my order wrong. Also, drink selections was limited, mostly out of other flavors. Wanted to pay cash but they didn't carry any change. No signs saying credit only. Blame it on management for hiring incompetent workers. Typical.
If I could give this Wendy's on W Esplanade near EJ Hospital a Zero I'd give them 3 of them.
DON'T GO THERE!!!
THEY DON'T CARE, THE MANAGERS DON'T CARE AND THE FOOD IS LESS THAN SUB PAR. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND HOPEFULLY WHEN THEY NOTICE THE CONTINUED DROP IN SALES, THEY'LL CLOSE DOWN PERMANENTLY!!!
Says they're open until 1am on Friday but I showed up at 11:45pm after getting off work and the place was dark with no one to be found.
Don't depend on this place to keep consistent hours.
EDIT: a year later and they're not open in the morning either an hour past advertised
Amazing and fast service. The crew member and general manager on shift were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. In addition to that, they're one of the MOST cleanliest restaurants I've ever stepped foot in. If you need a bite to eat while in Metairie, definitely stop here.
