Best WLM Reviews
Far and away the worst fast food restaurant in Danville. Horrible customer service. They would rather smoke and get high in the kitchen then serve their customers. Pulled up to the drive through today, sat for 2 minutes before being acknowledged. The girl told me should would be with me in a moment. A minute later she passes the food to the one car in the drive through ahead of me. I think no big deal she was bagging up their food and now she is going to take my order. Wrong, I sit for 5-10 minutes with no response. When I finally do get her to respond she tells me its going to be a moment but this time with a nasty tone.
Came through the drive thru tonight 4:30pm order nuggets and a chili. After having to repeat my self 4 times she still couldn’t hear me, so I pull up to the window and I got my food. All of it is cold, & the chili container wasn’t hot when I open it and surprise neither is the chili ????????
Food is edible, sometimes served warm, sometimes not. Service is downright awful. Employees seem to either not care or have said "Screw it" because they're so understaffed. It's difficult to tell the difference. Be prepared to wait upwards 5-10 minutes to order and then another 20-25 to actually get your food, even when you're the only person in line. I have seen people walk out from waiting in line to order, multiple times, and I don't come here often.
As for the atmosphere, they kept a Christmas tree up so long that by the time they took it down it was almost time for Christmas season. Often times you can see what I assume to be fruit flies or other insects enjoying their best life, counters aren't cleaned, and self-service areas are often unstocked. I'm not sure the owner cares enough, hut I'm also unsure of how this place stays open. My wife is a huge fan of Wendy's and often times even she says to go somewhere else because it's "that Wendy's".
Eat elsewhere and let this place die for the good of the community
Ordered online. 2 6pc nuggets and 1 4pc nuggets along with 2 featured pineapple frostys. Got to the drive thru and immediately told that they don’t have the vanilla frosty base. Offered to sub in chocolate but did not offer an adjustment for the price difference. Then told we need to pull off to the side for the nuggets. Waited over 20 minutes and still did not bring food out. At this point, my toddler needed to use the bathroom. Attempted to drive around to the other side to go in and get the food and use the restroom. Doors were all locked. Several orders bagged up and just sitting on the counter but just a guy cleaning and not running them out. I deleted my account and their app immediately. Thanks Wendy’s.
The service at this location is terrible. There seems to be no order in the kitchen and staff seems genuinely confused on what they are supposed to do. I ordered ahead online so that I could pick up quick, but 40 minutes of waiting prompted me to go inside. No one knew where my order was. After several minutes of searching the order was found. And of course it was wrong. Made it home and found that the apple slices in my daughters kids meal were moldy and starting to ferment. My family and I will not be going back to this location.
Everyone always sounds like they mad or something. I ask for no pickles I got only pickles. Everytime it's something wrong any don't got time to get it fixed because I got to get to work but now I got hrs till I can get food. And they never answer the phone no matter how many times you call
Look, I’m well aware I’m *pushing 35*, but let me tell you something—*this* was no ordinary moment in my life. I’ve been watching SpongeBob since I was 11. That’s over two decades of my soul being molded by the unrelenting desire to taste the most *legendary sandwich* in cartoon history: the Krabby Patty. So when I found out they were actually bringing it to life—*for real*—I was consumed by an ecstatic joy, a joy that surged through me like a tidal wave of childhood dreams rushing to the shore of my adult life.
But oh, how the mighty have fallen.
I arrived, anticipation in my chest, my heart practically trembling. This was it. My chance to taste what generations of Bikini Bottom inhabitants have sung praises about. My expectations were sky-high, *rightfully so*. But then... then they handed me *the bag*. A plain, dull, soulless bag. Inside? A plain, equally uninspiring wrapper. I peeled it back, and there it was—a burger. Just a burger. No special wrapper. No quirky box. Not even a hint of SpongeBob anywhere. It was as if I had wandered into some parallel dimension where Krabby Patties never existed at all. And the *final insult*? They forgot the pickles. *The pickles*. Anyone who knows *anything* about Krabby Patties knows they *must* have pickles.
And in that moment, everything shattered. My dreams, my expectations, my inner child... obliterated. I drove home, a hollow shell of the person I once was, with an awkward lump lodged in my throat. Depression wrapped itself around me like a cold, wet blanket as I stared into the abyss of my plain-ass burger. I held back the tears and whispered to myself, "You're almost 40. You're almost 40."
And yet, some dreams, it seems, were never meant to come true.
Sat in line for about 15 min and the another 10 at the mic ???? while the staff talked to someone who previously ordered at the pickup window, and back in July there was another time when some woman walked up to the pickup window and chatted for about 10-15 minutes and when the drive thru staff finally said something over the mic ???? they said the card reader was down so I went another fast food restaurant down the street. For being under new managementhe place is still messed up..
