YES WENDYS!!! You got it right.! My salad had warm chicken and the double looked EXACTLY like the picture. To often we deal with mediocre fast food. Not today- fries were hot and staff was polite. Thank you for a great experience!
I went in to order for my grandson and I. Ordered 2 double hamburgers $ 18. I was surprised that the meat was 4 " square and delicious. I ate top half for lunch at 1 and the cheesy bottom half for supper! Very satisfying and filling. Counter person was very helpful.
Got a large chocolate Frosty and a six piece Chicken Nuggets. The Frosty was excellent as usual. The Chicken Nuggets were just ok. They are overly processed like McDonald's Chicken McNuggets. The ghost pepper ranch dipping sauce was good, with a little kick of heat.
The service was friendly.
No spoons. Offered forks for frostys. Weird - and it wasn’t close to end of day.
Never any condiments or utensils on offer. I know it’s state law now, but this is literally the only place that actually makes it difficult to obtain any.
The food was average Wendy’s fare. Good quality for fast food. Somewhat tasty.
Asked for waters, none were provided.
Parking is adequate, just a little awkward to get in and out of lot.
Grilled chicken sandwich is good, as well as the cheeseburger combo with fries, given to us fresh..too bad we forgot to ask for ketchup. I got curious and tried taco salad which comes with chili and sour cream. Pineapple mango iced tea is good, something different than your usual iced tea.
I would give this location a lower rating but stayed with the one I made.
The problem I have with the service is that the dressing was wrong and there were no pecans in the bag for the salad.
So the most important parts of the salad were not there.
I divorced McDonald's a month ago and came to nearby WENDY'S on Mission Gorge Rd. Have been back several times this month. Not only is the burger meat MUCH better (hot n juicy) than McDonald's but the fries are also the best of any fast food place in my opinion. The service at this store is lightening-fast and super friendly.
Note to franchisee: Don't ever change. The dining room could use a little something but it is always clean as are the restrooms. I'm now married to Wendy's. I have worked in restaurants my entire adult life. You are doing GREAT! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Got asked THREE times in less than 2 minutes if I needed help picking something. They were pushy, curt, and impersonal. They weren't busy, just rude. When I got my "Saucey nuggets" there was hardly any sauce at all. I've never actually been mad at a fast food place. Not coming back.
