I came here last week Thursday after having a bad experience at a different fast food restaurant minutes earlier. I actually had not been here in over a year because every time I would come the staff would be rowdy and unprofessional and/or the inside would be closed an hour or more earlier than posted. So I came to give it one last shot here and it was waaaay better! The food wasn't piping hot but it was good enough. Every one greeted me and was nice. I don't know if it was because the store manager was there but if he wasn't I'm not sure if I would have got the same treatment. The store manager was nice to me too. I hope to visit the restaurant again soon because I did eat good for the amount I paid. All this in the picture was about $7 or less.
So this location only honors the veterans Day special in the morning. I asked if he understood that veterans Day is all day, he explained that he just works for the company and that's what he was told. So yeah don't go here expecting any type of veterans ???? love

Whoever was working tonight definitely dropped the ball. After being completely ignored with trying to enter the locked restaurant to pick up my online order at 9:27pm (sign on door says lobby open until 10pm as well as online) I saw people inside thinking maybe the front door is open. Locked as well . I look to the employee with a questionable shrug and he just looked at me like I did someone to him. So begrudgingly I proceeded to the drive thru. After announcing my name for the online order I was asked 3 times the name only to be told they didn't have my order. As I'm scrambling to retrieve the online receipt with the order number, I was rudely asked to proceed to the 2nd window..oh so you do have it?! No answer. I drove around to have my order rudely and annoyingly passed through the window. When my friend in the passenger seat asked if everything was going ok in the restaurant the employee just kind of brushed us off. Left a bad taste in my mouth. So hopefully I thought the food would be good. Wrong. Old stale French fries, cold disgusting burgers, the chili was the only thing I enjoyed. Nah I won't be back
Walk into this specific location and they were dealing with a customer issue. There was grease thrown all over the floor it was very slippery there were no wet floor signs. However the manager was extremely apologetic, the sheriff's department and police department had to come because of the customer and staff member interaction that have become volatile I'm going to assume. I waited patiently for my food. Nervously however I did get my meal and my drink and I exited the facility. I have never run into a situation like this at this location. It is normally fine however this was a bit nerve-wracking and unsafe.
Strawberry lemonade was amazing though
Got a Krabby Patty meal around 10 pm, was informed after ordering that the frosty machine had already been cleaned , so no frosty, the only unique part of the meal. Got a soda that ended up tasting like soda water, and threw it out. I don't really know what I expected from Wendy's and regret supporting the poorly done monetization of what they did
Every time I come to this location it’s a older black lady with a bbl and a bad attitude, I really feel like they made my patty with dog food or something.. your wish is my command I will stop eating at this location, maybe Wendy’s in general because the meat never tasted like that.
I sat at the drive through windows for 10 min waiting as someone was outside smoking saying that someone was coming and mentioned that's its kids working today. My people sure know how to do a pisa poor job
I ordered DoorDash, it took my order over an hour to get here. Once it got here they left out an entire order. I have to be to work 5am you call the store no answer. The most ghetto ass store ever!
