I think our best part of the night was an awesome waitress that doubted on us and she was very uplifting and funny. I'm so sorry I did not remember her name but she was a waitress on the upstairs deck. It was a wonderful evening. Great food! Great price, great service. What can I say?
Fries are usually cold when we stop there. N hard to hear them on their speaker. A few times our orders have been wrong which is really off. because usually Wendy's is good
Stopped to get a quick bite. There were 5 people behind the counter. I was 10:25. They were changing from breakfast to lunch, (early) wanted breakfast. Finally when someone did make eye contact we ordered. We were the only 3 people in the restaurant. It took 5 minutes to get our meals. My burger was cold. Wanted unsweetened tea. Got sweet tea. Emptied it out and got lemonade, tasted like lemon water. Usually like Wendy's. This was a very BAD experience.
I tried the $5 biggie bag. Now I didn't expect a gourmet meal, but something edible would have been nice. The double burger was a slimy mess, fries were cold and I wouldn't feed those "chicken" nuggets to my dog. And the ice tea tasted old. This use to be the only fast food restaurant I ate at. Now they can keep their garbage too.
So normally I come here and never had a complaint, but I don’t know if they just hired new people or what but I asked to use my rewards on 2 items. Asked the guy why it didn’t come off, he said “heres you change, have a good day”. Called the manager, which I never do, but he was quite rude. Told me to come back to get another order on them. I come back, previous guy was there that I complained about had to go to the back lol, and the manager rang my order up. Checked the bag, not even the right order. What a disappointment lol????
The Baconator is always a winner (breakfast or lunch version). 4 for 4 is pretty sweet too when you’re low on funds. My favorite place out of the the big fast food joints.
Very dirty. The girl at the register was more worried about her hair and nails than taking care of customers. She was touching her hair and then touching the cups and food. There was garbage and food all over the place. Bathrooms where dirty.
