So I went to this Wendy’s and got a $5 Biggie bag. Something I get all the time when I go. For starters I asked for a large lemonade mixed flavors. I’m guessing the child that rung me up didn’t hear me say large he seemed new. When he gave me the drink I noticed on my receipt how much is it to up charge to the large since he didn’t charge me for the large. He asked who I’m guessing the manager. She was a black girl with braids very rude. Her response was I needed to pay full price and next time tell him I want a large ahead of time. Which I did state that and instead of her yelling in the store the professional thing to de would be to have a convo with me as the customer, she would have known the poor child didn’t hear me or either didn’t know how to ring up the up charge. I ended up getting the large lemonade but then I get in the car and pull off. Looked at my sandwich and it’s a whole bug on my tomato. So nasty and money was wasted.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have come to this location a couple times and I’ve never had an issue. But the manager running the window needs to learn his menu. I asked for something not to be on my order and it was on there because he swears it wasn’t on there. Also the fries were cold. I didn’t get a straw, the fries are all over the bag. I understand that there is a time limit with people at the window but seriously no one was behind me. If you took time to talk with your guest coming through the window and maybe if you knew your menu you would have a loyal and repeat guest. Learn hospitality. and when someone asks to speak to someone other than you, it would be wise to grab someone else because you were the problem to begin with.
We come here all the time. Great service, great people great food great memories. clean bathrooms, spacious room in the restaurant.
Atmosphere clean, service was alright cause the manager did ATTEMPT to fix my order. However, when someone pays nearly 50.00 for an order for their whole family to go home and not only miss items but also mess up on a sandwich I ordered... To drive all the way back for them to fix it and give us cold/hard fries that must've been sitting there for at least an hour or longer... You tend to never want to go back there.
Everytime I come to this place they judge me on my appearance I'm guessing but they are quite rude here and even the management has some issues they all need to come together as a team and realize who is the one that sends them home with a paycheck and maybe then they will realize how every customer needs to be treated I've been there 3 times in a week and unfortunately won't be back anytime soon
Managers are extremely rude and prejudice. This place should not be in business with the managers working here. Some of the employees are nice.
They treat everyone as if they are homeless saying that you get 10 minutes to eat and then leave..
Also if you take one step outside of the building, you can no longer get your refill. This place will suffer the consequences of bad service and i will reep what they sew. Gods children will always be protected.
This must be some kind of satanic group closing lobby 45 minutes early every night. There is no Air conditioning in the building. Crazy!!
I will NOT be coming to this location again!!! Beware you’ll receive poor service with a side of attitude. I orders a vanilla frosty and was told “NO TRY AGAIN” with an attitude. I was not expecting this kind of atmosphere or professionalism. They didn’t even give me a chance to ask for a large nor did I feel comfortable in correcting him. Shout out to STEPHEN for making me feel unwelcome and you have now lost a dedicated customer.
Eatery wasn't busy at all today inside. Food took a little long to receive and then burger was completely wrong and still pink inside. Don't waste money on value frosty either unless it's for a little person, it was very tiny. Kids working were very polite though!
