This Wendy's location is fairly close to our home, so it's convenient when we want a quick bite. However, the food and its quality seem to depend on the day and what workers are working. It's never terrible, but sometimes it just isn't what Wendy's should be. Other times, it's fantastic! They are usually fairly quick getting people through their drive thru, so that's a plus. The prices are about average, in my opinion. They do have the biggie bags, which are decently priced and perfect for my kids, who can never make up their minds on what they want????
I went on 11/6 around 6:10pm ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget they only gave me 7 nuggets, A son of a baconator meal which was $10 and it was not up to par at all had 1 piece of bacon sloppy and smashed, also ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger with let Tom onion and mayo it was okay besides the lettuce being so wilted and nasty I took it off. I've never had this horrible of an experience at a Wendy's ever and to top it all off they did not have any straws for the beverages. Very disappointed.
Very rarely do you get an order right, and most of the time the food is ice cold. Ordered a burger combo with extra onions. All that was on it was cheese and onions. No ketchup, no pickle, nothing else. And it was cold. So we're the fries. When you add extra onion, it means on top of what normally comes on the burger, just add extra onions. Wendys used to be the go to fast food, now they're the square burger McDonald's. The only thing they roast is people and other restaurants on Twitter, certainly not their food. Let me tell you, without the other stuff, their burgers taste horrible, especially cold.
This place is pathetic I will never spend my money there again..45 minute wait for order and it was just a large fire and when I got them they were so nasty I ask for fresh and side of sandwich mayo and once again they were cold and nasty.. Management needs to step their game up or put their foot down with workers they have already but yes never again…
Whoever was manager tonight should not be a manager or work in customer service!
I went through the drive thru ordered food with liquid cheese. The cheese was all over my food, bag it was terrible and everywhere! There wasn’t even a lid on the cheese. At least put it in a separate bag. I mean come on!!!
I call and that manager said we can’t replace your food, did you get napkins? I said actually no… he says come back and get napkins then. Laughed and was very unprofessional.
I will never go back to that Wendy’s EVER!
We ended up there at the last minute and had not ate. I never usually go to a place that late at night bc I never wanna be that person. But there was two older gentleman there who served us and I would just like to say the most wonderful service. They made hot food for us even tho it was 28 mins till close. The person infront of us and the one that came last minute 2 mins before close which I thought was ridiculous but they also took and not once had an attitude or anything. They were super kind and the food was delicious. They both deserve a raise!!
We ordered a biggie bag and a 10 pc nugget meal and didnt get our medium fries, but by time I got home it wasnt worth going back for. This happens so often and I usually check the bag but had a line behind me so left without checking to make sure everything was there.
Don’t even waste your time. All the people look dirty, the wait is forever and for what? Fry’s that have been sitting in a basket all day, and burgers that aren’t made correctly. Just save your money, my food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours prior to them giving me it.
