Great burger and a standard Wendy's fry.
Not busy inside while the drive-through was a rush.
Fresh food.
Exits from highway are being rebuilt with the reconstrction.
WHEN this place closes there's no one to blame but management and the staff the young woman who took my order got it wrong and when I took it back she got a attitude and popped off something to one of the cooks who got a attitude they've just lost one more customer. As for recommends I recommend you eat anywhere else.
When they stop you from overpaying and remind you it's on sale today, get the order right and fast...... makes your whole day better. Lady at the window was extremely polite friendly and professional. Definitely recommend
Went to eat at 1:20pm on Saturday 10/12. The doors were locked. The male employee at the table refused to acknowledge us. He put his hands up like "i don't know". A lady came to the door and stated they were closed due to being short handed and we would have to drive through. This may be true, but there were no signs or anything stating this.
This Wendy’s is on my way to work so it is convenient to get breakfast in the mornings however, on more than 5 occasions the lady at the drive thru speaker tells me they’re closed during their normal operating hours. On multiple occasions they say that their system is down. I went 2 days in a row and they have an excuse to not be open for breakfast. I like Wendy’s, just not this one their reliability is not there.
Stopped in for a quick bite while on the road. The place was empty, and there were 2 people behind the counter.no one greeted us. We stood there for a few minutes while the 2 people behind the counter saw us and continued chatting with each other. A 3rd employee showed up and was so personable and helpful. He made us laugh, took our order, brought our food to the table, and wished us a safe trip. Eah, it's fast food. Sadly, the bar on customer service is set pretty low, but the food was good.
In town work, My hotel right next to Wendy, The lobby is always close. Workers always standing outside. It took me 15 minutes at the drive thru because the workers was outside visiting with people in they cars. And when I did get my food it was cold. FIRST WENDY I EVER AND I DI MEAN I HAD A PROBLEM WITH. IF I CAN PUT ZERO STAR I WOULD.
I really had a craving for a Daves double and a large chili. I dont have a car, I have a semi truck, so I walked over from the Economy Inn. 3 or 4 employees were sitting at tables looking at their phones. The doors to enter were locked. An employee opened a door slightly to tell me that only the drive thru was open due to being short staffed and that I was welcome to walk to the drive thru window and order. Its raining, 3 cars were already lined up. Im getting soaked from the rain. I quickly walked to Taco Bell whose doors were open. All Taco Bell employees were behind the counter and actually working. This is Not the first time this has happened. This is about the 4th time. Perhaps someone can explain to me how 3 or 4 employees are getting paid to play on their phones camping out in the lobby, yet too under staffed to take an order from inside the store. Someone please explain this to me. Inquiring minds want to know. Taco Bell will now be my go to fast food joint.
