The staff there are very polite and professional. The app gives options that are a good value. I can order on the app from my office and lunch is ready by the time I walk in the door as takeout. I enjoy that they have an outdoor patio with flowers (although they need to be watered).
We ordered the party pack of nuggets (which is 50 nuggets) and fries before the football games today. We go through the drive-thru and I look in the bag and just by looking quick there's no fries so we tell them we're missing our fries. Then when we got home we look through the rest of the bag and there's no sauce for the nuggets. We selected like 10 barbecue sauces for the 50 nuggets party pack and they gave us zero. Unbelievable. We had to ask to get the fries and now we didn't have any sauces. Do the workers not pay attention at all to people's orders?
This Wendy's location needs to trian other locations on how to give customers great customer service. They are always kind here and orders made correct and fast! The one day I was so surprised how nice the woman was at the window I forgot where I was ????
Staff was pleasant and the restaurant was spotless. I eat at many Wendy's restaurants because the food is consistently good and the rewards/offers are the best. Keep up the great work. Also it was very kind to see congratulations to their staff having graduated from high school.

Oh, and they hire good people too... one young lady, an RV Grad, will attend North Carolina A&T... She'll be an Aggie!!! Lol...
Today I ordered a 6 piece garlic parm saucy nuggets. I was doing alright until a few hour later and my stomach began to hurt very bad. I ended up throwing up twice because of the nuggets, and I know that's what caused it because everything else I ate didn't cause my stomach to hurt. I think wendys should start preparing their food better and not causing food poisoning anymore.
This is the 4th weekend in a row that I have ordered from Doordash. I order a bacon egg and cheese muffin. 4 out of 4 orders there is no muffin. I get a cold wet egg in a box. Charged me full each and everything. Needless to say I will NOT order breakfast from here again. It’s ridiculous to run out of food every weekend. I will go to McDonalds or Wawa.
What a horrible experience!! Placed a mobile order for $42. Went to pick it up, everything was good until I reached the pickup window. They made me wait more than 10 min for 4 burgers, out of which 3 were ready in the first 3 minutes. I could hear then say again and again we are waiting on a single to get this order out. I waited patiently, all the mean while the line behind me increasing. When they realized this. They acted like opening up the packets to make sure I wasn't looking, shuffled the burgers around and gave then to me. The young lady at the drive thru gave me two thumps up ( usually means your good) but I guess not. Drive away as my dog was at the vet, only to realize I was missing one of the big burgers, so I drove back, not cause I cared about the burger but they way they treated me and with me being there thought it was okay to just leave me with out 1 whole burger. Once I was back trying to get the burger, they couldn't find my order in the system anymore, when I reached the window I had to show them my mobile order to prove it was me, ever though I was just there a few minutes ago. In any case check your orders, and Wendy's if this is the experience you want your customers to have maybe stop poking at your other competitors who atheist train their staff to not be rude after committing a crime. Attached photo is how a 13$ signature burgers was given to me. When I politely asked the lady at the window to just repack, she rudely said throw it in the dustbin outfrount if you don't like it. That burger cost an hour of their lazy work at the location and throw it away.
