Eating in a dark car makes it hard to see pink meat. Disgusting and nothing other than complete laziness. The restaurant was not busy during these hours. I would have taken an overdone chilli patty over this.
No receipt given in bag. Approximate visit time was 8:40PM. No cars in the drive thru. Service was quick, but undone.
Horrible customer service and the food wasn't much better.
I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and I hear "what you want man". Then I was handed the order like a robot was at the window. Not any word spoken. It can't be that hard to say at least hello. The lady that collected the payment was very pleasant at least.
The quality of food has declined since my last time there. The baconator was a soggy flat mess with bacon in it so hard I thought I was chewing on plastic. I was there at 5:30 pm when you would think food would be fresh. At least the fries were hot.
This wind should be closed down. The service is terrible. The burger taste old. The chicken wraps are always dry. You either get little to no fries with your order or cold fries with your order or stir fries with your order.
Great Wendy’s location I been going here for along time and never had any issues I really enjoy the taco salad and some other items on the menu . Staff is always nice … it gets busy from 11:30am to 1:00pm due to ppl going to lunch so be aware of that …
I give up on this Wendy’s. I don’t know if short staffed or what. I tried to get a spicy chicken sandwich at the drive through last night and nobody came to take my order, the cars in front of me were just stopped…so I left.
I love Wendy's salads. They are good when you don't want a burger. The salad comes with a fork and dressing.
This is the second time I ordered salads with extras that I paid for and didn't receive. I also received a taco salad with no taco chips, what's the purpose of that? I ordered it with no chili but chili was in the bag. Obviously, no one there can read a mobile order. This is so sad. I think this location has gone down hill over the years. It's such a shame.
The food at this wendy's location is always made fast and is served hot and fresh. The workers are nice and the restaurant is kept clean.
