Always fresh tasting food and friendly staff. The place is always clean and the drive through is quick. I know there can be not so great chain restaurants but this is not one of them. If you enjoy Wendy's then you will undoubtedly enjoy this one.
In and out with no issues. Food was good and it had a unique fireplace.... Just sad that they don't keep the vanilla frosty going.
I love paying $37 for food and getting home and half my food is missing. They were slow so there is zero excuse when you are the only person in the drive thru. I should have checked before getting on the interstate but I was assured everything was in that bag. I won’t assume again
They always forget something everytime we stop by. We ALWAYS have to double check our order and when they do get it right it's something in our burger they forgot to add.. this time my burger was pink. My chocolate frosty cold brew tasted strictly like black coffee.
We used the order kiosk inside to place our order and WE messed up our order. Offered to pay for the food we messed up and the new order. Manager insisted that was ok and not to worry about it. On top of that, the food was great, employees were nice, and the lobby and dining area were clean!
Wow. 6 family members, 3 missed meals when cold food was served. Pretty sure servers and entire staff were stoned. My son tried to get the staffs attention, and some staff walked past him looking right at him. He also saw 2 staff members rubbing up against each other in the back. Food was worst than airplane food. Fries and nuggets were servevd cold and chewy.

All I asked for was no mustard. And still there was mustard. Did not however expect my burger to be two burgers Frankenstein'd together. Guess it's fast food so what do you really expect. At least I was told to pull forward while they made my order and I only waited 45 mins. Two stars instead of just one since at least I got a burger. Last time I went to Mc'Ds I order a burger and all I got was a slice of cheese between a Bun. AND it was a road trip so I couldn't even go back.
They say they are open but they only have the wi dow open u til 8am. They have lost their sense of customer service. Prices are through the roof but they dont want to be full service until 8. Do t claim to be open if your not fully open. Remember the people who do most of the work are at work at least 2 hours before you open your doors. I have lots of paperwork to do in th
