They need more people working. Taking on Mobile orders, the line outside and people coming up to the register seems like it’s too much of a task for the people working. I waited 30 mins for my order and I had to be somewhere. Overall the quality of food has decreased since the scale of people coming here has increased. Also the manager that was working at the time in my opinion could respect the employees more. She was yelling at them when they already had several tasks at hand to do. Wendy’s do better.
I WENT TO ORDER 4 BIGGIE BAGS WITH MY 5 DOLLARS OFF 25 AND THE CASHIER WAS HELPFUL. SHE ASKED THE MANAGER WHO WAS ON DUTY TODAY FOR HELP SHE IGNORED HER SEVERAL TIME AS SHE CALLED HER NAME SHE EVEN ASKED FOR THE KEYS WHICH SHE DENIED AND DENIED TO RE START MY ORDER N ONLY OFFER ME 2 DOLLARS OFF. SHE NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED AND BE POLITE TO HER CUSTOMERS AND RESPECT HER COWORKERS.
If you insist on raising prices, perhaps pay more attention to the food. I ordered the homestyle chicken sandwich meal. The order was repeated to me twice. Even at the window, the associate repeated my order. So why was I given the spicy chicken sandwich. This is part of the reason fast food chains are failing. No attention to detail. I went ahead an ate my food as I didn't have time to return to the restaurant. My stomach tore me up! I make going out for lunch a treat because it's so expensive. I am really disappointed that they could get something so simple, wrong. Not going back to this location ever!
Fries were cold and lumped together. My 4 nuggets were only 3. Took 10 minutes to get acknowledged and 20 minutes to get my order. On top of it all, they didn't get the burger that I ordered, I got something else instead. Don't come to this location.
I was offered to try the krabby Patty meal, so I went for the crabby patty meal, just to find out, they do not have french fries or the pineapple vanilla shake for the meal. Only to be given a baked potato and a chocolate shake with pineapple In it, and that is not what the meal was supposed to have. I am highly unsatisfied
with the service.
We stood there and we were ignored and just looked past. We were the only people standing there, nobody even made a move and the manager was no where to be found. The dude had to come from the drive thru to begrudgingly take our order. Then all of a sudden there was a manager who did nothing but avoid the front counter as a line started. He then shoved the bag to us, nasty and awful person. It was bad enough that in the lobby there were ten children cursing up a storm, saying racist things screaming and being aggressive and rude, this Wendy’s were just allowing it. Try being nice or even saying hello to the customers who ARENT being rude and fix this atmosphere. There are elderly and children. Never again.
My Junior bacons cheeseburger, fries and nuggets were so good !!! The staff (cashier) was nice and friendly. I felt bad for the supervisor on duty because a customer asked whopper at a Wendy Restaurant. My son told me after this meal he will never going to Burger King/clown ????. They’re food is a joke. Thank you ????
The staff is friendly and courteous. They tend to mix up orders. I order twice a single plain and they gave regular burgers. If you don't order custom meals, you will be fine.
