Out of all my 30 years oh, being a return customer to Wendy’s today was the worst experience ever.
The lady that charged us was really nice, but we when we got to the second window manager and employee was really rude, made faces and didn’t greet us or thanks us . I find that very rude since customer service should always be key. My husband told them thank you and didn’t even acknowledge him looked away and walked away.
Service was slow on this particular day. The Dinning room was inndire need of cleaning and the trash bins were overflowing.
I normally don't take the time to write reviews on fast food establishments, but this place had some of the best service I have had since covid thined out the normal workforce. The ladies at the counter were kind and extremely friendly. One of them clearly did not understand English but was super nice about it as she attempted to assist me anyway. The food was exactly what you would expect from Wendy's. The staff here made the experience. I hope the franchise owner is made aware of this review and acknowledges the outstanding staff at this location.
I like eating Wendy’s and I used to work at a fast food restaurant, so I know the struggles. My food was ok after I microwaved it, since it felt like they just got it from the freezer and shake the box with the sauce in it. They also charged me a dollar extra for a large drink when I had said I wanted a medium. I don’t like doing reviews because no one cares and neither do I. I’m gonna still eat Wendy’s so yeah. It is what it is.
Last couple of visits had to drive to window due to no response at speaker menu. When at window see all employees gathered chatting and on seeing someone at window disperse Immediately. Happened again today..
Received the frosty from older woman with defective lid and made a mess in the cup holder.
The speaker was working because while I waited for my order a car pulled up at speaker and I heard the alerts. Employee also yelled "car".
There ya go.
The food is good. Really good burgers but the restaurant is dirty on the inside. We sat down to eat and just kinda chill but I had to ask a team member to clean a table for us.
This is the worst restaurant ever—trust me, if I could have given it a zero, I would have—and when we arrived, there was no ice! THE DRINK WAS HOTTTTT, Our order of spicy chicken burger was nice, but we also had some AWFUL chicken nuggets! Going to Wendy’s was the worst overall this is a zero-star rating because they didn’t even cook the CHICKEN NUGGETS RIGHT and drinks where hot. I would have gone to a nearby Chick-fil-A, but it was closed because it was a Saturday.Never ever again going to wendys..
It is not very clean. The back door is wide open while the kitchen is operating, and you can see employees inside playing and throwing food at each other. I am sure that having the back door open without supervision is against health and safety policies. The employees need much more supervision; leaving the back door open could lead to someone getting sick or allow an intruder to enter. This is a significant warning for corporate to take care of their employees, most of whom appear to be teenagers.
