Today at 9pm I received excellent service from the team at this Wendys. It is very pleasant to arrive at a place where they serve you with such kindness. I hope we always have that kindness in all the establishments in Hialeah. I recommend them 100%.
I went here for the first time to check out this new Wendy's. It hasn't been there too long . The Wendy's is well built inside. The sandwiches were made well. I like the chili. It had flavor. The sandwiches were not too heavily condiment-ed . They were just right with a decent amount of sauce. The baconator had a lot of cheese on it. The sandwich was very filling. overall good and I do recommend

I’m only making this review because this is the 3rd incident that occurs within teo weeks. Third time this happens during a period when it’s not busy or stressful for the employees. The food is never made correctly when I order through drive thru. I live 10 minutes from the restaurant. Each time these errors have occurred it becomes an extra 30 minute ordeal.
I love Wendy’s and prefer it over Macdonald’s and in Taco Bell every time I go through the drive thru I’m told to move forward pass the window without any manners and the business has no customers. The attitude of the employees is very cold and apathetic. They make me feel like I’m in the wrong and tonight alone I had to drive back and lost 30 minutes. A simple solution would be to refund the one sandwich and get new food out but they instead want to argue to defend their mistake. Save yourself the headache and skip this location.
EDIT: I come home to bring back my partners sandwich only to find out that my sandwich isn’t a bacon JR cheeseburger. This is what I get. Honestly everyone working there is stupid and unprofessional.
This location is Wendy's on 125th Street and 7th avenue. They have a great staff working there and very nice and considerate environment is clean and friendly ????????????????????
I just went thru the drive thru and ordered TWO BACONATORS and they charged me for them. Total was 28$ oh surprise when I get home theres NO bacon on my burguers. They charge you MORE for the bacon and they do NOT put the bacon on them.
The service is always fast, the food is fresh and they give you sauces. Because in other establishments they ask for them and they only give you one.
Got taken care of right away, which was good. The food was good, but the place itself was not. Tables were dirty, and there were no napkins in none of the napkin dispensers. When I told one of the 6 females standing in a circle, I figured I was interrupting some good chisme because she gave me some napkins and went back to the action, which I mean chisme.
