The worker who brought my food out to me forgot my drink. She told me she would go get it. When I looked to see what was taking her so long, she was serving another customer at the register. I already had to wait for my food (which wasn't an issue). It would have taken her literally five seconds to bring me my drink. I ended up driving off. I understand all customers are important but if you're not even done serving the previous customer, it's really inconsiderate.
I wish I could give this restaurant is zero today. Don't get me wrong the young lady in the drive-thru was pleasant as she could be. However I was asked to park and wait for my food. Of course that's not a problem sometimes restaurants get busy. But when I got home 2 minutes away from the restaurant, my food was barely lukewarm at best and my sandwich was missing the bacon, both sandwiches. When I returned to the store to ask for the manager. She came to the window and ask where the food was. I handed it to her I guess she thought I ate the food and then came back to complain. With the nastiest attitude she said we'll replace the food. No apologies no nothing, this is why customers come off disrespectful to employees. There's no need for anybody to treat anybody like that and that is coming from a restaurant manager as well. My food was replaced with hot fresh food and I could tell that the fries weren't redipped in the fryer. When I came home my husband said now that smells hot.
I just got food and ate inside at the Wendy's #00000360 store off summit in Greensboro, NC. My food was very fresh and hot like I like it. Service was great and got my food very quick. Sonia served me and was very down to earth and kind. Customer service was excellent. Thanks Sonia for great customer service and whoever made my sandwich. Great day for me.
drive through line took extremely too long, lady taking orders you could tell didn't want to be there, got no straws for all my drinks a spoon for a baked potato with no butter or sour cream provided, had to ask 3 times for Ketchup, and when my daughter and I began to eat she bite into a bread bag tie (in the picture). very unsatisfied and will not return to this location!!
Poor customer service!!! The lady with the fake blue eyes appeared to be having a bad day which caused poor communication with my meal. I ordered one thing they gave me another. The lettuce on my sandwich was brown and for what I paid - the sandwich looked nothing like the picture
Store is out of everything and other reviews say the same thing. The things they are running out of are some of the most popular items which is an indicator that the employees are taking the food from the company. Extremely selfish to steal from a restaurant for poor people.
“Welcome to Wendy’s, I do apologize but at this moment we are only taking Door Dash.” This is the norm at this Wendy’s. No matter if it’s the weekend or through the week. This is what I hear at night when I stop by to order food for me and my family. It’s at least 3 workers standing around laughing and riding the clock. But hey, that’s Wendy’s loosing money to pay lazy workers.
Definitely the worst experience I have had at a Wendys. Ordered a six piece saucy nugget combo with a large fry. Girl who took my order kept saying "I'm about to walk out of here!" with a huge attitude for whatever reason. While that is not only unprofessional, I was missing my large fry, was given ranch instead of sweet and sour, and I was given the wrong drink. giving two stars because the food was hot.
