Love this Wendy's. They always help me order the same amount of food for a cheaper price.
Was in the drive through ordering 4 kids frostys. Instead of letting me pay the $5+change for 4, they told me about Boo Books where I could get 5 free frostys and $2 kids meal for $1.
Many more examples follow. Plus the staff here is always helpful and nice.
It is one of the cleanest and most efficient Wendys. Ethan is also the cutest Wendys employee. Ethan is not included in this photo. Gotta go see him for yourself
Clearly a management issue! When you are displaying rudeness and be frazzled everytime I come in the afternoon it is a problem. Everything ordered was wrong and missing plus over priced. This franchise needs to take a good look at how their business is being run.
I went last night to pick up my order, when I say the name, the old lady in the window discriminated me for my accent. I could perceive how she disagreed when I spoke, anyways, this is a diverse country and as American I talk how I talk, it does not matter if my first language is not English. Teach your people how to treat others with respect and kindness thank you
This is a great place to go if you want to waste an hour waiting to order and then get absolutely nothing you actually ordered. Took 30 minutes to order and then 40 minutes to get my messed up order. Also the staff is incredibly rude. Who is the gm?? Fire them asap
Our server was rude, impatient, and very angry, and the service was a little slow. The food is great, but some of their machines broke. I would like to give this restaurant a 3 star rating, but maybe we just had a bad server today. Edit: Every time my family or I go, we get the same bad tempered employee or manager. Wendy's should be better than this. I am changing my review to 3 stars for the nice building and the food. Edit: microwaving food? 52-minute wait when practically no one is here? One star. Will not be going again
Fast service! So happy Wendy’s open near us and love how the dining space is so clean and comfortable! They are busy as always but service was fast! Love my new Wendy’s around the block ❤️????!
Everything was super fresh and tasty! Good brand new location with modern design. Nice and clean. I don’t understand why the reviews are not good. Really like it. Will definitely come back.
