I’m on my third visit to this location, the first was drive-through only because they were repeating the lot, and I received chicken nuggets after a very long wait which clearly were microwaved and half cooked at that. My next two visits were for deliveries, which they don’t even start Until the driver arrives. Pretty sure the point Of ordering delivery is to not be waiting and yet another line, not to mention the disrespect to the driver said this causes.
They have more than enough workers to accommodate the crowd, but wait on each other instead of taking initiative to move onto the next order. I’m sure this prevents errors, but nobody is hitting fast food for a 30 minute wait.
This Wendy's feels like they have fresher foods. Maybe because they are higher volume or something. Food moves faster so fresher. Some Wendy's feels like their buns are stale, lettuce wilted..etc.
So, good job!
Also they actually stock napkins, utensils, and have restroom that doesn't need a code.. nothing more annoying than having to get in line to get a code.

They were really busy during lunch and did a great job of keeping the orders moving at a rapid pace, all while doing it with smiles on their faces. They are rockstars. There is no comparison to the other local Wendy's in the area. This location is far and away the best.
They are always friendly and patient. The food is good, and soda pop is mixed just right and not flat tasting. I go through the drive-through mostly. But there isn't a bunch of teens hanging out in the parking lot screaming and throwing stuff around near the cars like they do at a few other businesses around town.
The Manager of this Wendy's has decided that they don't need to honor their advertised prices and instead intentionally overcharged me. Don't give your money to this thief. Go to a different Wendy's, one where they are honest.
I only gave two stars for everything because Wendy's food has really gone downhill their service has gone downhill their locations and buildings have gone downhill you know when they used to have the yellow packaging for whatever reason their food used to taste a lot better but now all around it's just not that good and why does their service take forever they outback slaughtering the cows and forming the hamburger patties themselves? That and Wendy's for what it is really expensive I can just go to Red Robin and get way better food and way better service if I want fast food and honestly I don't know why I'm doing that more
The employees at this location were very caring, making sure everyone including a house less gentleman had what they needed and allowing him to warm up and drink some coffee before moving on.
These guys rarely get the order right. You not only have to check to make sure all of your items are there, but that they are exactly the right ones. Tonight, we ordered 4 simple items including a Single with no onion. Instead of our $6 Single sandwich, we got a what I think is a double stack WITH onion, but of course, we didn't know till we got home. Tried calling the store and they shut their phone off, so I can't even do anything about it without going all the way back and sitting AGAIN in the giant line. Gas is too high to keep chasing your mistakes, Orchards Wendy's! Why do I keep going back? Maybe now I will finally learn. If you decide to brave it, check your bags before you leave the window every time!
