I ordered two different burgers but got the same one. I asked for sweet tea. The girls response was (dryly), "A fountain drink?" Again, I asked for sweet tea. Same response. At that point, I just told her that was fine. Tables were also dirty. We needed a large table. The restaurant only had one, but the bench seating had holes in it. The restaurant wasn't crowded, so we were able to grab an extra chair to use at a smaller table. Food was ok (even though I would have preferred what I ordered).
**I did not ask them to correct my order.
There were other employees with better attitudes. I would give them another chance if that's what my family wanted.
Taste wise, it was perfect. Before moving to Louisiana, Columbus was my home❤️ and the taste always takes me back to Central Ohio/friends/family.
Accuracy... I ordered in the app before leaving the house and driving the 5 miles out to the restaurant. I bought a chicken sandwich to get the other for a dollar in the app.
When we got home, we were missing the sandwich. Now, it was my error in not checking the bags before driving back. ????
The folks at this Wendy’s were very nice. They gave us great food, quickly. They really served the customers well.
on august 25 at 1:34pm , i went to wendy’s i order 2 of the five dollars bags . i pulled up to pay for my food and i was sent to the other window they lady at the window gave me 2 wrong drinks i tell the lady i order 2 vanilla sprites . she catches an attitude with me and the man hand my food , i asked for extra bbq sauce and never received them so i parked and get out to get my bbq sauce while i was walking in the man who gave me my food meets me at the door saying “ i gave you the wrong food “ im still in getting my food , my friend sitting in the car on the passenger side so the man opens the door and ask for the food back . i didn’t touch it but still
Do not stop here unless you have 1hr to spare. The slowest Wendy's i ever been to. 15min at the window. I end up getting my money back and no food
The girl who took our order smelt of weed and my sister saw her smoking after she got out of the bathroom. She also just had bad customer service. (Whoever was manning the cash register on 8/16/24 at 2:10 PM)
This has got to be the slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life. There is nothing fast about this place. All the staff is doing is cutting up in the back. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Service was fairly poor and restaurant is in need of a remodel.
