I ordered my order to be delivered. I ordered at 4:56 pm 3647 State Ave store. I ordered a Cobb salad which has several different protein on it. They sent me an Apple pecan that only had chicken, apples no pecans. I have called the proper Wendy’s store over and over as you will see on my receipt. They have an answer machine asking for one’s access code. I did not have one. The phone keeps hanging up on me. I can’t get a hold of anyone to help me. So it is now 6:23pm almost 2 hours later. I ordered in plenty of time. I am diabetic and my sugar is too low. What they delivered is not near enough protein for me to have. I telephoned the door dash people and all they were trying to do was return my money. There is always something wrong when I try to use them. They are not professional at all but they always get their money. No one has ever answered the phone. Please get back to me asap.
Um...
WTAF here. Ordered the crabby patty burger & it's just a regular kid's size for $5.99!
Just look at the advertising compared to actual. Think I'm done with Wendy's for good.
Didn't even have the tomato, sauce was so thin I almost thought it was a plain hamburger. Lettuce was 3 wilted pieces.
Pathetic! Wish I could have chucked it into the sea.
At least the drive thru staff were nice.
I have to say you have a very good employee here name Gregory Wilson, he is not only good with customers but he goes above and beyond for his customers, he is very polite, and one of the best employees here! Just him making customers feel welcome and smile this man needs a raise!
I ordered the krabby patty meal which was mid and I didn’t even get my pineapple frosty that literally comes with the meal. My burger was also missing the tomato and pickles. Only the sauce was correct. Wasn’t worth the $11 I spent. Not getting that meal again even if it came with everything. The whole thing was just mid. Cashier asked what’s the drink with it but the frosty literally IS the drink. I don’t recommend this Wendy’s . Because how did you get the NEWEST thing on your menu wrong ?
36 dollar order no special changes, ordered the number 8 get it with spicy chicken. I just really was looking forward to a cheeseburger not a chicken and cheese and I'm not sure how they didn't double check after they parked us so they didn't run their time up. Eating it still either way just double check your order before leaving great food otherwise.
Now this place has got the best customer service around ever. I went through the drive thru ordered a small chilli and spicy chicken sandwich and the female at the window didn't even ask me for a payment as I waited she said just pull up forward and we will bring your order out to you. So I did and a few minutes later order came out and again no payment and another satisfied customer ????
Service is always speedy at this location and they get me out of there quickly but on this night, They Rocked My Socks Off!
The food was Perfectly cooked. Not over or under. Temps were all on point. Drink's were fresh to death ,nice texture of the frosties. ..
Food was HOT & good everything looked on point. We got out food kn a timely manner. 0 attitud very nice service.
