This was so sub par. I got up to the counter and everyone just sat there and looked at me as if I was going to take my own order. when someone finally came up, they told someone else to take my order. At least the service was fast, but being ignored does not ring any bells for me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Was told might before that this Wendy’s has a great breakfast so I decided I would go the next morning. I arrived at 10:25 breakfast ends at 10:30 they didn’t make me feel bad they just order and we will make it happen and they did and it was the greatest experience and the manager said we gave you extra fries because of minor issue. Just an outstanding crew and now I am officially done with McDonald’s on hwy 29 they have screwed up one to many times this Wendy’s and it’s team rocks. Thanks see you in the morning. Great food great team simply said great.
I recently visited Wendy’s and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the service was great—quick, friendly, and efficient. However, the food quality left a lot to be desired. The burger seemed poorly put together, with ingredients looking haphazardly thrown in, and the fries were undercooked and lacked flavor. Presentation and taste just didn’t match the level of service. Hopefully, they can improve the quality of the meals to match their great customer service.
GREAT SERVICE!!!! For nearly 2 years I have been eating Lunch at this location 3-4 times a week, every employee from the front counter to the food prep does an outstanding job of getting my orders right, food made correctly, and fresh hot food in my hands quickly, The Manager and her assistant managers keep things moving which allow me to get my food and enjoy my lunch hour away from my work!!!! A big KUDOS to the whole crew on jobs well done and Thank You!!!!!
I put in an online order, their system didn't recognize that i clicked "start order" on the app but they could see my order, so I showed them on my app my order for that place in time. Manager came to look and was rude about it. Then went to the drive thru computer and said "you had it for drive thru" I said no it says here on my app "dine in". Then it was back in forth on who's fault it was and all I wanted was my food. Never experienced service like that, I can't help the system had a delay that wasn't my fault and got treated rudely for it. I won't go to this wendys anymore for awhile
We came in late at night, about 10:30 on a Tuesday. At first you could tell the employees weren’t happy we came in, working in food service myself I understand that. Throughout our stay the staff on shift was very friendly after we ordered, I forgot his name, but I opened the door for one guy to get back into the store, and he was really nice. The food was sub-par I will say, but I came in at 10:30 I didn’t expect the highest of quality.

I asked for no bacon on my sandwich. I got bacon. My boyfriend asked for extra pickle. Not one in sight. He's bread was very stale. And I asked for everything but bacon on my potato. Just cheese. No one made eye contact and barely spoke to me. We can do better guys we are from the south.
